Guyz still await replies to my post, Plz respond to it asap. I'd be appreciate it. Thanks
Timotee:
I want to say a very big thankz to d house for all d contributions and wonderful insight.
Special thankz to Dizyfrenzy and Wilfem who assisted me in getting a date.

I didnt see d chinko woman there, but there was an elderly man in her cubicle and he also spends terribly long time with people, though he gives visas.
From my experience, d young guy at cubicle 9 was d most lenient. If u could give a reasonably sufficient explanation, he'll give u.
There was a woman with 2 kids who was goin for hols in LA. She did everythin to meet d guy in cubicle 9 and she met him. But he didnt give her because he asked her which city in California she was goin to and she didnt know. He had to tell her that LA was written in her form. She later said d form was filled for her by someone else.
There was also a girl from PH who had come last week but d money in her dads account statement was insufficient. She then came with her dad with d same bank statement and d VO was like, this is d same statement. But funny enough, he gave her a 3rd chance to go and get a bank statement with sufficient funds.
There were a reasonable number of people for student visas. Many got but a lot too were denied. The girl just after me was denied.
IMO, I think everyone should be well versed in d important things like your school, course, reasons for choosing that school/course and your finance part should be in order. Most of all, its God's favour that counts. Also, from my experience, I dont think a 2nd visit after an initial denial limits your chances in any way.
Wish everyone goin for their interviews soon the very best of Gods favour and we all will have reasons to smile.

mr davy, don't you think you're rather being too hard on the brother? I mean, alot of us don't know this but some still find their way round. Though, i've learnt from your post but please, try to be the bigbrother if you can. It's well with every one of us.
davidylan:
and what exactly does that mean?

sorry the jamiu dude has no business going for an F1 visa for now if he is unaware that a community college I-20 is enough to get him rejected at the embassy. I am not the VO but considering i came here initially on an F1 visa ditto for my brother and many other friends, i should know and so should Jamiu. A community college here is like going for pre-degree, its for the poor, folks who want to work and school at the same time (they take limited number of classes), those who dont have any clue what major they intend to take and just want to take a few credits instead of sitting at home. A community college will give you an AS at most, you still need a further 2 yrs before you obtain your bachelors. These VOs already know this . . . they know you are better off staying in a Nigerian uni and getting straight BS.

I'm trying to say you are not a serious F1 candidate. What next? you're going to ask someone to choose a major for you? My friend go and sit down.

@imperiouxxx tanx bro!
@davidylan, if a man on a roof sees 9 nd d man on d ground level sees 6, they will continue to disagree unless they change their positions or apply common sense wch is not common these days. Besides, this is not a religious/faith thread so y all these?? waryz believs in wat He believs (work nd pray) nd U believ in hardwork shey? no whala!!!, LWKMD!!! grin grin grin,olohun ma se wa lo ni se oo, even USA dey talk say in GOD we Trust. dis thing no tie rappar @ all, as simple as ABC. GO to d embassy prepared shikenna!!! GOD is part of waryz preparation so let d guy be.
More importantly, learn to write God not god, Allah not allah okayhuh?
@ waryz,re u prepared @ all? huh, i wish u best of luck, but rmmba dis,Life is all about winning nd losing,i pray u win today.
U win some ,u lose some.life goes on!!! dats jus d way it is,

@tosynville, u re right but wrong rather wrong but right. Yoruba adage dey say if small pikin hand neva reach power make im no try ask 4 doz dat kill im paapa.i say Amen 2 your prayer.
imperiouxx:
@tosinville,

Good talk about Nigeria and her people. About the prayer of a thing, though some don't pray or acknowledge God, still they succeed. I think it's neccessary you commit everything you do to God and prepare yourself because heaven helps those who help themselves. You know, different people with different doctrines.

@jaykoc,

Sevis is paid through friends or family abroad or through western union at seme boarder.

@shomez,

You can't delete post but can modify it, you can't delete membership either.
