A 24-year-old applicant, Samson Ojowuro, on Monday appeared before an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court, for allegedly stealing N68,700 to play Bet Naija game. Inibehe Effiong, a lawyer and human rights activist, has indicated that he would institute legal action against President Muhammadu Buhari over the continuation of work by his personal aides despite the expiration of their appointments. The police in Lagos State have arrested two suspected cultists, Balogun Oluwadamilare, 24 and Badmus Idris, 23, at the matriculation ceremony at Yaba College of Technology. The nation’s electricity generation plunged to 2,616.7 megawatts on Tuesday, a day after heavy rainfall in Lagos damaged some power facilities and worsened supply in parts of the state.
