Is there anyone whose passport has stayed more than a month after submission for stamping?

Share your experience Pls...what could possibly be the delay?

I am also experiencing same, mine is in the 4th week now. The last email i got 10 days ago stated that the passport has left ircc to abuja vfs and on its way to lagos.. since then no collection email

Hello house.. I submitted my passport in person at Lagos vfs on the 20th of July, I got an email stating that the decision envelope has left ircc to Abuja vfs on the 4th of August, but till now I haven't received the collection mail. Is anyone also experiencing this please.
