I rejected the plan because it was not what I expected. As a guide, the 2 bedrooms should be standard. Each room with a toilet and a visitors toilet and a veranda. I need to prepare for the building so I can save towards it. That's why I need an estimate. Thanks

Hi all,

Please, I need an estimate for a 1-storey building: 2 bedrooms of 3 flats on each storey. That's 3 flats up and 3 down. Will appreciate detailed breakdown and pick the best estimate to work with (not necessarily the cheapest). Please, note the estimate is for block work only, from foundation to roofing (lintel) level.
