It was not Buhari but the Council of State that granted the pardon also we do not know their reasons.
Falana makes it seem it was Buhari's idea or that he is in agreement.
What I want to know is how possible is it for the president to veto the council of state and if so whether it is advisable to do so in any instance he wants to.
Let us be very frank, Nigeria is not a sovereign nation globalists run the country, there is only so far that these globalist would allow any president to fight corruption. Does the Council Of State have any powers under the Constitution to pardon any convicted criminal? |

If there is one person in the history of Nigerian politics that really disappointed me to no lengths, it has to be Adams Oshiomole.
