How do I report to FCCPC and did you later pay them through the link?

If you were charged 32k, it means that your area/address has reached capacity, hence you deposited for future availability. It could take a long time before your Starlink hexagonal area frees up or it might never.

To work around this, first of all, cancel your order on your Starlink account. Starlink processes your refund instantly. However, your card provider may take hours or till the next working day to refund you. Next, look for a service address on the Starlink map that is nearest to you, which hasn't reached capacity yet, it should be within 8 to 10km at most, from your physical address. Remember, the nearest available address is always advised. Use the address as your service address and place your order, you will be charged the full amount.

I've bought for my branch office at delta state which has been delivered and installed early this month so I wanna pay for the subscription but it tells me unable to make payment

Now I wanna buy for my office at Victoria Island but it's not available on the map that's why I'm asking if anyone makes use of it on the island

After buying the starlink, how do I activate it?
It says device already assigned
Does that mean I don't need to subscribe for the month?

The wait is annoying.

My order date was 5th Feb.

They've changed estimated shipping date twice.

Now estimated shipping date shows 5th to 15March even though today is now 21st March

But just incase you don't know reaching out their support team and making some noise can get you a free 1month credit.

How do you reach out to their support team
There's no contact nor email address you could message on the website

Actually, that only happens when Starlink presumes their service isn't available in your location because they don't recognize your address. The solution is choose the nearest recognized service address to your address that is within 1 to 10km radius.

So should I cancel the order I made and request for refund so I can reorder with another address?
