Music BusinessFree Advert Given To Alcoholic Drinks By Nigerian Artists. by jayyem(op): 10:10am On Mar 06, 2013
I've watched with total dismay how our musicians are in the habit of singing advert praises of drinks and beverages without trying to harness the monetary aspect of their intellect put into it. One major drink is Alomo made popular in Nigeria by nigerian artist and of which I don't recall the manufacturer of the drink having any major advert on Nigerian TV or radio station...I think it's time for this artists to start looking inward and build on their business skills learn to make money other from selling album or shows.

I actually served in that local government and all through my stay there she didn't seem like somebody who held in high esteem by her people as there is no tangible project she did,not even borehole in Ngodo where she built her house, therefore,it is no surprise if her own people rose against her if the reported story is actually true.

RomanceIs It True That Most Guys Primarily Takes To Illicit Drugs To Build Self Confidence? by jayyem(op): 7:47am On Sep 29, 2011
I have often wondered why so many guys take to alcohol, marijuana easily while even as a teenager, and if you ask them, they either tell you it is to make them feel among or to boost their morale, and i feel the underlying factor is that this behaviour is targeted towards the other gender.
LiteratureRe: Why Do Most Nigerians Fail To Pronounce These Words Correctly? by jayyem(m): 2:47pm On Sep 28, 2011
It always amaze me how we Nigerians keeps making other languages to be superior than ours, whether you like it or not ,you can't do away with intonation.
Consider someone that grew up in lagos state to another who grew up in say ondo or oyo state, not to talk of tribes and least of all mastering a foreign language. And this is one of the major setback affecting our society today, during election campaign in nigeria, politicians will relate with the voters in the local languages but once they get to power they will start blowing grammer. All am saying is that we too should appreciate our own culture and languages just like the indians, chinese etc.

CultureRe: Who Foots The Bill Of Traditional Wedding In Igbo Culture. by jayyem(m): 6:54am On Aug 08, 2011
hello house,i believe everybody is right to an extent, but as of every tradition, some people are well enlightened more than the other,it used to be like that which i do confirmed from my igbo friends but notwithstanding, some people will still try to be greedy
Igbo own is still even much more better, when we calculated the list they gave my cousin that married an akwa-ibom,it was over a million naira, but after so many negotiations they actually reduced their demands.
CrimeRe: Seun Ajayi Listed Among Uk’s 10 Most Wanted Fraudsters by jayyem(m): 8:18am On Aug 04, 2011

Ain't you guys even ashamed of yourselves,if your land is very conducive for you,why did you all kept running to the south-west,a land where eviil deeds are celebrated,as anyone ever heard of ABIRIBA in abia state? Or other villages where you have to bring home is what matter most, you guys better cover your shameless head in shame and stop tribalizing every issue here or else i ma give it to y'all.Idiots
