PoliticsRe: 10 Things To Know About The Samoa Agreement by Jazzpa(m): 5:08pm On Jul 08, 2024
immortalcrown:
Since the issue of the agreement began to trend, I have not commented on it. I don't take a stand on something I do not understand. I try my best to avoid saying what I cannot defend. Even with this very article, I am yet to understand the agreement.

This sounds vague. Who decides human rights? Can human rights vary according to countries? If LGBTQ is later adopted into human rights, doesn't the signed agreement force the member countries to legalize LGBTQ?

These are questions, not claims. Answer the questions if you can. If you choose to treat the questions as claims, you are obviously delusional and sentimental.
Human right in this context is not completely a blanket term, it is dependent on the laws of the individual countries. The rights of a UK citizen for instance is different from that of a Nigerian citizen. So in all, it's still dependent on the laws as domiciled in the constitution of that nation.
If LGBTQ is not legalised in Nigeria, it can never be a right.

Deuteronomy 28:1‭-‬4 KJV

And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: and all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God. Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field. Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.

No. 2 should be of most concern, could be a bad spark plugs, nozzle or engine issue.

1 & 3 are sensors, oxygen sensor and temperature switch.
Thanks so much! Would get that sorted out even though I changed the plugs about a week ago.

CareerRe: I'm Considering Leaving Medicine - Please Advise by Jazzpa(m): 10:42am On Jun 06, 2013
passion for your job overrides pride and pressure to impress the world..
however, medicine is a prestigous career. MSC in public health is too common(almost everybody has it)...I'll advice u choose public health as a specialty, write ur primaries and pass(that will give u an edge over other holders of Msc in public health), choose biostatistics as ur area of final specialization(coz of ur love for engineering and maths)...I promise u the sky will be ur starting point! Whatever decision you want to take should be on time..
Best of luck bro..
SportsRe: Nigerians Representing Other Countries In The Olympics!! by Jazzpa(m): 7:35am On Aug 07, 2012
Happy they are doing great for their respective countries.
Methink Nigeria should diversify their focus on games other than football and track events into things like archery, shooting, hockey and long jump..may even go as far as sending our professionals to train outside naija if they expect any better result next time..
