There is no difference. The right (drawing) is normally used for single unit installation for storey buildings. I've seen it done for bungalows with no drop in efficiency. The efficiency of the system depends on the positioning of the indoor unit.

However, follow the installation instructions of the product. Some product may need a certain length of cooling pipe that would warrant the installation of the drawing on the left.

There is a performance difference due to science (the weight of gasses).

The outside unit is the engine of the Air-conditioning system. It is usually installed at lower level for down houses or bungalow for easy access for maintenance.

The indoor unit is the vent. So the engine generate the cold air and pipe the air inside the apartment.

Now the science bit. Cold gas (cool air) is heavier than hot air. So in a room the hot air will be floating higher close to the ceiling and the cool air (gases) will be floating around the floor level.

So you install the A/C vent at lintel level to cool the hot air generated by the roof. This air when cooled become heavier and 'fall' down to floor level and the air at floor level will float to the top. And before you know it the whole room is cooled. This is air conditioning.

If you install the vent at floor level, the system will not be efficient. The system will struggle to cool the heat generated by the roof. In this scenario, you may notice your feet are cold but room as a whole is not optimally cool.

Please is there any performance difference between installation of AC outdoor unit at lower level than the indoor unit level, and installation of both at same height level (both outdoor and indoor units).

I can see most installations are done with outdoor units installed at a lower level, I would like to consider same level installation to cut cost. Kindly educate me on the disadvantages.

Yes, construction ongoing. I've attached the 3D, and the present state. Some modifications occurred during construction sha, however somewhere close to the 3D is where we going. The designer/Architect is here on NL, sorry I may not be able to post the floor plan as he did it for a fee.

Having CofO confirms that you are the legitimate owner of the land. It also:

Makes the person named on the document the exclusive owner of the land

Prevents a situation where a single property is claimed by multiple owners

Prevents the government from repossessing the land or property, but this is ultimately subject to the overriding control of the state government

It is an acceptable as a security or collateral for loans from banks and other financial institutions

It is a widely used to resolve land disputes that arise from ownership tussle

It is a very crucial document during mortgage transactions.

Congratulations bro, may God provide for us all to complete our buildings in good time. For mine, after payment for the land, lawyer prepared the deed, I did beacons with my name and phone number, did town planning approval for the proposed building and started building.
I intend to carry out survey soon as I understand it's one of the requirements for CofO which I would process soon. Surveyor charged N80K for 100x50ft.

That's why I was asking in post about how much to pay an architect cuz he was telling me 110k ( town planning and design) something is telling me is too much thats why I need someone to put me through here bcuz I just meet with one architect, maybe I need look for another one I don't know but I believe someone will write me to put me through. I have my site at Danialu, Upper Gaa Akanbi, Ilorin. I did town planning approval for 3 bedroom flat for N50,000. Also, the architect that designed the building collected N50,000, you may not pay that much for the design if you are able to negotiate well. Approvals out in 3 weeks.
