Luis Enrique: that's a tough question but I will be honest with u, the biggest so far was against Chelsea.

"That game thought me a real lesson that in finals there are no favourites it was a big surprise.

What the Court Held

1. INEC cannot shorten the 120-day submission period

Section 29(1) of the Electoral Act says parties must submit candidates’ names at least 120 days before an election.

The court ruled that:

INEC’s deadlines of 29 August 2026 and 16 September 2026 violated that provision.

Therefore, those deadlines are invalid.

2. INEC cannot reduce the 90-day substitution period

The court also held that:

the law gives parties 90 days for substitution of candidates in certain situations,

and INEC cannot shorten that period through its timetable.

3. INEC can still supervise primaries

However, the court agreed that INEC has authority to:

request party membership registers,

monitor party primaries,

and set schedules related to election activities, as long as those actions comply with the Electoral Act.

About the Case

The suit was filed by the Social Democratic Party.

INEC argued that:

it acted within its powers,

and the case was filed too late (“statute-barred”).

The court rejected that argument and said the case was valid.

The judgment means:

INEC may need to revise parts of the 2027 election timetable.

Political parties could get more time for candidate nomination processes.

Learn domaining and how to do it by yourself from a person that has track record of sales not necessarily me." personally I learnt domaining from an info marketer then. I know what that caused till I start buying manuals and re-training myself. So always ask of proof of earnings to avoid wasting time and money.
