Please i need help.

I opened a bet9ja account and made a deposit of 30k, i played a game with the money and lost. But Bet9ja is yet to credit me with my first time deposit bonus.

I have sent them and email and they did not reply, i even used the message on the bet9ja website and they told me they ere working on it sincw Friday. Since then they don't reply my messages
