This looks like a very tough situation to me and makes me question what really defines as terrorism financing. You buy a company for $680m and months later war breaks out. Soludo is right in say that using loudspeakers to preach in a marketplace is not pollution. However, if his true intention is to deal with noise pollution and not to be sensational, he will realize that there are far worse sources of pollution in Anambra state than preaching with loudspeakers. In addition, were he to ask Anambra people, they will inform him that there are weightier issues that they will want solutions for than a the noise of a preacher with loudspeakers. 1 Like |
