Let us remember that when we read scripture we must not apply new or modern definitions to the verses being read. Examples: idudaious as used in john 4:22 that has only one definition and that would be judea( an area of land) . Second example: ye as used in john 4:21,22 or anywhere else in the scriptures. The following definition is from Funk and Wagnalls comprehensive dictionary of the english language encyclopedia edition. The word is old penglish and has only one definition. It is as follows: ye pronoun/archaic.: The personS addressed: now confined almost exclusively to poetic or formal pulpit style. Historically ye is only a nominitave form: "Blessed are ye when men revile you" Matt. Verse 11 [OE ge, nominative native plural.]. So as you can see it is only used as plural to address some (nominative) group of individuals. I capitalized the S in persons intentionally. Let us move foward now. In order to have correct context of what is being stated we shall move back a couple of chapters to john 2:12-17 after the wedding when Christ goes to Capernaum and continues to jerusalem as the idudaios passover was at hand (verse 13). Now let me state the word idudaios and its definition from strongs concordance /greek lexicon as it appears continually throughout the entire gospel of john. The other word "ioudaismos" never appears in the entire gospel of john. They have different meanings and we will review both. We will observe "idudaios" strongs reference# 2453 first. Here it is now: from GSN2448(in the sense of GSN2455 as a country); judean , i.e. belonging to jehuda: of judea.jehuda or judea is the land are of judah.( a native/ resident of the land are of judah). Note that this is word for word from concordance and not my definitions. Now we will observe the word "ioudaismos" which never appears in the entire gospel of john and has a different meaning. Here it is: strongs reference # 2454 from GSN 2450 "judaism" the religion of the idudaios. Notice this word refers to nothing more than a religion practiced by a people/ residents who lived in a region known first as judah and at the time we are discussing known as judea. Back to the idudaios(judeans) passover feast in john 2:13 where he throws the moneychangers/bankers from the temple. This is from definition directly from my bible concordance/ encyclopedia/ dictionary.: one who for a fee or commission renders services pertaining to the exchange of money. At the time of Christ, Palestine was in special need of such a service. As well as greek and roman coins other foreign money was brought in by idudaios(jews/judeans) from many nations (acts2:5, 8:11) The moneychanger provided ioudaismos(worshippers who practised judaism) with the required temple tax, the half shekel. For this service he charged a fee. If he was sufficiently wealthy ,he (the exchanger)might recieve money on deposit for which interest may be paid(matt.25:27). The moneychangers were unscrupulous in their dealings. Jesus denounced them, overturned their tables and cast them out of the temple.(matt.21:12,13; mark11:15-17; john2:13-16). All of this was a particularly ioudaismos practice in order to tax the shit out of the idudaos(residents who lived and worshipped in jerusalem.) Then verse 16: take these things hence; make not my fathers house an house of merchandise. Then those ioudaismos practicing idudaios said to him to show them a sign seeing what he did and Jesus answered to them"destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up" . But of course these blind, materialistic ioudaismos practicing idudaios did not understand he spoke of his body(the temple). Of course some idudaios who practiced the evil ioudaismos believed in Jesus now after seeing many things that he had done and spoke. But Jesus did not commit himself to them as he knew ALL men , Now to Nodemus. There was a man of the pharisees, a ruler of the ioudaismos practicing idudaios that came to Jesus by night. Jesus spoke with the blind ioudaismos practicing materialistic ruler of the idudaios who could not understand him and said " Art thou not a MASTER of ISRAEL and not knowest these things?" Now my bible dictionary has only one definition for the word master, it is as follows: one in authority. Which would mean that the ioudaismos practicing masters had authority over those in judea who were of any tribe of israel and were obviously oppressing them by teaching the evil ioudaismos(judaism). Then Jesus went again to judea and was baptised by John the baptist as the evil ioudaismos had not yet cast him in prison to later behead him. On the return back to Galilee he and his disciples that he was baptizing that he was gathering along the way as he was building HIS church , had to pass through Samaria. So they reach a city known as Sychar, near to a parcel of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph.(Jacob who was not a jew in any form as he could not ever have practiced the evil ioudaismos religion (judaism)as it could not exist before there was a place that it originated from (judah or judea as it was known in Christ' time) as judah his son was not born yet. He could not therefore be idudaios (from judah or judea) either as the land of judah or judea was named after judah and he was not born yet. Or were there any yehoodawee until judah his son had children of his own. Yehoodawee would actually be someone who descends from Jacobs son judah. remember no son judah yet so there was no land known as judah or judea yet to this time. That is how you would know that there could be no idudaios or anyone who practiced the evil ioudaismos yet either or anyone known as Yehoodawee as they would all descend from judah who did not exist yet. . Yehoodawee would be strongs hebrew reference# 3062 ) . Now Jacobs well was there. He sat as he was tired and a women came to draw water who was from Samaria where many Israelites lived. Now Jesus was rather thirsty and asked her for a drink of water. She replied how is it that you being idudaios(a judean) ask a a drink of me being a woman of Samaria for the idudaios (judeans) have no dealings with the Samaritans?(as these supremist, racist ioudaismos practising idudaios were not allowing others who only followed the original torah as the tribes of israel that lived in Samaria did instead of all the evil man made laws which ioudaismos practicing idudaios had made which made the laws(ten commandments) of GOD of none effect.) Now you must know that Christ knew her assumption (that he was of them ) as he tried repeatedly to teach in jerusalem the wrongs to the idudaios(judeans) that they were being taught by ioudaismos(judaism). But she did not know what he was teaching there in jerusalem as the racists would not allow her to worship in jerusalem even though both judeans and samaritans worshipped the same God and had the original belief of the promised seed referred to in the book of genesis 3:15 of the coming messiah . HE ignored her assumption as it did not matter anyhow and instead tried to appeal to what she believed that was true(the coming of messiah) by replying "If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it was that saith to thee, give me to drink; thou wouldest asked of him, and he would have given thee living water" and the woman replied "Sir, thou has nothing to draw water with and the well is deep. Where you gonna get that water? Art thou greater than OUR FATHER JACOB which gave us the well and drank here himself, and his children and his cattle? Revealing that she is israel but Christ knew that already of course. Jesus told her that if she had some of his living water she would never thirst again....now that got her attention. She asked for some as she was finally getting the picture . Then Jesus told her something he could not ever had known about herself as he had no ioudaismos mossad agents watching her. Stunned , she believed he must at least be a prophet of some sort. She asked him why the ioudaismos practicing idudaios thought that jerusalem was to be the place to worship when all of their fathers worshipped in this mountain? (Still believing he was one of them but Jesus did not pay this assumption any mind)and told her" Woman the hour cometh when ye(all of you tribes of israel living in samaria and anyone else for that matter who believed in the original concept of one true God of all mankind) shall neither in this mountain nor at jerusalem, worship the Father. What he was stating is that the place of worship is not relevant as God is spirit and you must worship in spirit and truth as explained in verse 23 . Verse 22 states ye , remember its meaning from the top of this post. None of you understand (in jerusalem or in samaria which worship at Mt. Gerazim). Finally we come to your question of "we". Christ speaks of the FATHER and of HIMSELF HERE Why Did Jesus Use "We?": Why did Jesus use the plural we in v. 22? It is important that we turn to John 3:11 and 14:23 for similar situations. In John 3:11, for example, He was talking to Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. Nicodemus had asked how he could be born again, whereupon Jesus said, "...I say unto thee, WE speak that WE do know, and testify that WE have seen; and ye receive not OUR witness. So there you have it. I realize that my post sounded rather as if I was speaking to a child but it was intentional so that even a child could get it, all of it. “The whole purpose of studying the Bible is to look at God, His commandments to the Israelites, and His activity in history. The beliefs of this man as documented in his letter above, have become all too common among supposed “Christians” in America today. The major Evangelical leaders in America, including Tim and Beverly LeHaye, Hal Lindsey, Benny Hinn, Joyce Meyer, Pat Robertson, Charles Swindoll, Billy Graham, Chuck Missler, Paul and Jan Crouch, John Hagee, the late Jerry Falwell, and apparently Dr. James Dobson, are ALL dispensationalists. (If James Dobson is NOT a dispensationalist, please show me the evidence and I will reconsider.)

Dispensationalists believe that the Jews are God’s special Chosen People who do NOT need to believe in Jesus Christ in order to be saved, but instead will be saved purely by their race. They also support the slaughter of the Palestinians by the Jews so the land can be confiscated completely by Israel making way for the Jews to rebuild the Third Temple on the Temple mount in Jerusalem, facilitating, or so they incorrectly believe, the hastening of the Second Coming of Christ. They also endorse the destruction of all enemies of the Jews, including the Iraqis, the Iranians, the Lebanese, the Syrians, etc., because they have been deceived into believing that God will bless those who bless the Jews, no matter how murderous, wicked, and Anti-Christ is the behavior of Israel and the Jews.

The Evangelical churches lead the way in this false theology, promoting Israel and the Jews at every turn, even to the denial of Jesus Christ. But the fact is, it is impossible to be a true Christian while supporting the murderous acts of Israel and the Jewish leaders. Those who claim to be “Christian” while supporting Israeli and Jewish Anti-Christ policies have naively given their allegiance to Satan.

Where did these “beliefs” come from? How did they get started?

The acceptance of the Scofield Reference Bible by the Evangelical Christians with its many false doctrines was the dominant force in leading these churches astray.

According to the Wikipedia Encyclopedia:

“The Scofield Reference Bible is a widely circulated annotated study Bible edited and annotated by the American Bible student Cyrus I. Scofield. Published by Oxford University Press and containing the traditional King James Version text, it first appeared in 1909 and was revised by the author in 1917.

The Scofield Bible had several innovative features. Most important, it printed what amounted to a commentary around the text of the Bible itself instead of in a separate volume. It also contained a cross-referencing system that tied together related verses of Scripture and allowed a reader to follow biblical themes from one chapter and book to another. Finally, the 1917 edition also attempted to date events of the Bible. It was in the pages of the Scofield Reference Bible that many Christians first encountered Archbishop James Ussher's calculation of the date of Creation as 4004 BC; and through discussion of Scofield's notes--which advocated the "gap theory"--fundamentalists began a serious internal debate about the nature and chronology of creation.

The Scofield Bible was published only a few years before World War I destroyed the cultural optimism that had viewed the world as entering a new era of peace and prosperity. Thus, Scofield's premilliennialism itself seemed almost prophetic, and sales of his Reference Bible exceeded two million copies by the end of World War II.[1]

The Scofield Reference Bible promoted dispensationalism, the belief that between creation and the final judgment there were seven distinct eras of God's dealing with man and that these eras were a framework for synthesizing the message of the Bible. It was largely through the influence of Scofield's notes that dispensationalism grew in influence among fundamentalist Christians in the United States. Scofield's notes on Revelation are a major source for the various timetables, judgments, and plagues elaborated by such popular religious writers as Hal Lindsey; and in part because of the success of the Scofield Reference Bible, twentieth-century American fundamentalists placed greater stress on eschatological speculation. Opponents of biblical fundamentalism have criticized the Scofield Bible for its air of total authority in biblical interpretation, for what they consider its glossing over of biblical contradictions, and for its focus on eschatology.”

There is significant evidence that Cyrus Scofield, a man of extremely dubious morality, was paid by Jewish sources to bring in this new theology promoting the idea that the present-day Jews are God’s “Chosen People” irrespective of what they do or how they behave, that the Jews have a right to rule the world, and that every “Gentile” should support the nation of Israel and the Jews of the world, no matter how wicked their personal behaviors or their international policies may be.

Dispensationalsim really means that since the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem in A.D. 70, the non-Jews (“Gentiles”) have been allowed by God to rule the world. But this is just an interruption, a blip on the screen – an intermediate “dispensation” –which is now ending, making way for the Jews to rule the world – all nations - forever.

The Evangelical Christians are in opposition to the coming total control of the New World Order. They believe it is evil. But they are in such darkness that they do not realize that the very group they are supporting with their finances and their false doctrines – the Israeli state and the Jews of the world – IS the force behind the New World Order, a force whose goal is the destruction of ALL governments and ALL religions.

There are two main Bible texts, one of which is badly mistranslated and the other severely misinterpreted, that have led to this false doctrine of Dispensationalism.

The first text:

Jesus said to the woman at the well, “You do not know what you worship: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.” John 4:22

This is the inaccurate translation of the King James Version and most other Bible translations, as well.

Here is the question: Is salvation through Jesus Christ, or is salvation “of the Jews”?

The second text:

And the Lord said to Abram . . . “I will make of thee a great nation . . . and I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” Genesis 12:2,3

The question in this instance is: According to the Word of God, the God who made this promise, who are the offspring of Abram (Abraham)?

We will discuss John 4:22 first.

Is Salvation of the Jews?

Is "Salvation of the Jews" as the King James Bible translates John 4:22? The prepositions in the Greek are far more specific. The Greek word used here is "Ek" (#1537) which means "origin." The correct translation of this word is “OUT OF” not “of.”

Look at the following texts. Every other place the word “Ek” is used, it is always translated “OUT OF” not “of.”

"And thus Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, art not the least among the princes of Judah; for OUT OF ("Ek" #1537) thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel." Matthew 2:6

"And thou, Bethlehem, house of Ephratha, art few in number to be reckoned among the thousands of Judah; yet OUT OF ("Ek" #1537) thee shall One come forth to me, to be a ruler of Israel; and His goings forth were from the beginning, even from eternity." (From the Greek O.T.) Micah 5:2

"For it is manifest that OUT OF ("Ek" #1537) Judah has sprung our Lord...” Hebrews 7:14

It is clear that the word “Ek” in the Greek should be translated as “OUT OF.”

Now let’s look at the last word of the text – the word “Jews.”

The word "JEW" NEVER appears in the Original Scriptures

The word "Jew."

Look in a Concordance, Strong's Concordance is a popular, commonly used one. The word "Jew" (#2453 in the Greek) is actually short for the word Judean, or more accurately Ioudas, pronounced ee-oo-dah-yos. The letter "J" is not present in the New Testament Greek alphabet. The English alphabet had no "J" prior to the 14th century, and it wasn't predominantly used until the 17th century.

Since the word "Jew" is an English concoction that did not exist at the time of the writing of the New Testament, we know that it actually is the word "Judean" or “Judahite.” The King James Bible in 1611, for example, used the word Iudea, not our present "Judea", and it was pronounced you-dee-a. So the word "Jew" is short for the word "Judean" or “Judahite,” meaning either a resident of a particular area - Judea, the southern part of Canaan, later known as Palestine or a worshiper of the God whose presence was in the temple in Jerusalem in Judea. The word "Jew" or more properly “Judean” had nothing to do with ethnicity.

The English word Jew evolved phonetically from the prefix 'Iou, from the Greek word 'Ioudas which means Judean. Judea is the same as Judah, and Judah was the tribe of Israel that inhabited that geographical area when the twelve tribes conquered the inhabitants of Canaan about 1400 B.C. The Tribe of Judah was the largest of the twelve and the most influential. God said that the Messiah would come through that Tribe.

The Bible speaks of ONLY two main groups: Believers and Unbelievers

God is not interested in ethnicity, gender, or whether a person is a slave or free. He is “no respecter of persons.” He has no caste system. He is only interested in whether we have learned to trust Him or not. Are we a Believer in the One True God, or are we an Unbeliever?

All other subgroups in the Bible are a member of one or the other of these two main groups: Believers or Unbelievers. The apostle Paul makes this very clear In Romans 15:8,9 and in Galatians 2:9.

Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister (servant) of the circumcision (the Believers – those who Believed in God) for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers (the ancestors of the Believers – such as Abraham).

And that the heathen (“Gentiles” – nations – Unbelievers) might glorify God for His mercy; as it is written, “For this cause I will confess to Thee among the heathen (“Gentiles” – Unbelievers), and sing unto Thy name. Romans 15:8,9

“And when James, Peter and John, who seemed to be pillars (of the ecclesia –the Believers), perceived the grace that was given unto me (Paul), they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen (Unbelievers), and they unto the circumcision ( Believers in God –even though many constantly strayed from God). Galatians 2:9

The word “Jew.”

The word "Judean" in the Bible (later incorrectly shortened to "Jew”) originally meant -those who had knowledge of the God of heaven – the Believers. The study of the Scriptures, particularly the Old Testament, makes it clear that the designation "Judean" or Ioudas refers to those who had a knowledge of the God of heaven – those who were Believers in God, as opposed to those who had NO knowledge of the God of heaven or those who worshiped pagan gods, referred to as the "Nations" – the Unbelievers.

The word "Gentiles."

In Strong’s Concordance, the word "Nations" in the Greek #1484 and in the Hebrew, #1471. Now look up the word "Gentiles." You will see that the number is identical to the word "Nations" both in the Greek (#1484) and in the Hebrew (#1471). The word “heathen” has the same numbers. This shows that the Bible translators used the word "Gentiles" at their own arbitrary discretion, when it would have a theological or sociological impact they desired, rather than using the word "Nations" in every instance, as unbiased translation would dictate.

There is NO instance in the Bible, where the word "Gentiles" is appropriate. The word should ALWAYS be Nations or heathen – referring to Unbelievers.

These words “Jew” and “Gentile” are both mistranslations and have nothing to do with ethnicity. They only have to do with the spiritual beliefs of the two groups. Either they worshipped the God of heaven (Believers) OR they worshipped many pagan gods (Unbelievers).

Over thousands of years and many translations, there began the intrusion of a false theology that these terms referred to ethnicity rather than spiritual beliefs. Jacob’s name was SPIRITUALLY changed by God to the SPIRITUAL name of “Israel” when he finally gave up his evil ways of deceit and trickery because he had finally learned his lessons. Jacob’s heart was changed but Jacob’s genes did not change. The name “Israel” described his new spiritual character. It had nothing to do with ethnicity –with Jacob OR with his subsequent progeny.

The Hebrew word (#1471) translated "Nations" or incorrectly as "Gentiles", is the word "goy" or "goyim", a present-day derogatory term used by Jews to describe non-Jews, and means a troop of lowly animals, such as cattle, or a heathen people.

Isaiah 37:12 "Have the gods of the nations delivered them..."

Psalm 96:5 "For all the gods of the nations are idols..."

Isaiah 9:1 "...Galilee of the nations."

Again, the Scriptural meanings of the two terms are the following:

Judeans (mistranslated "Jews" in the Bible): Those who were aware of, or who worshiped, the God of heaven – Believers - even though often they had wandered far from the God of heaven they were supposed to know.

Nations or heathen (often mistranslated "Gentiles" in the Bible): Those who did NOT know, nor worship, the God of heaven, but instead worshiped pagan idols.

Neither term was a designation of ethnicity or blood line. Both terms were defined in relation to their religion - their worship, which, in general, correlated with their geographical location. The center of the worship of the God of heaven in the entire inhabited world, was Jerusalem which was in the region of Judea. Everywhere else was referred to as "the Nations."

"There were no nations until after the flood. God did not "select" Israel and Judah (and the Pharisees) because of their superiority to other nations, God "created" them for one purpose, to be His bondslaves, so that through that nation all the other nations should come to know Him. The idea that Israel was a magnificently developed type of nation is a mistaken one. Israel was a despised, and a despicable nation, continually turning away from God into idolatry." The CORRECT Translation of John 4:22:

Because Jesus was born in Judea and because He identifies Himself as the "Saviour of ALL mankind" (1 Tim 4:10), the phrase should be translated, "Salvation is OUT OF Judea." (John 4:22) Salvation is found ONLY in Jesus, Who was born (came OUT OF) Judea!

Salvation is ALL ABOUT JESUS - NOT about Israel or the "Jews!"

Who are the “seed” and heirs of Abraham?

Galatians, Chapter 3, tells us clearly that the “seed (offspring) of Abraham” is Christ -and also HIS followers.

6 Even as Abraham believed (had faith in) God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness

7 Know ye therefore that they that are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

8 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen (nations) through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying In thee shall all nations be blessed

9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham

10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is everyone that continues not in all things that are written in the book of the law to do them.

11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith (by believing that God WILL do ALL He has promised to do).

12 And the law is not of faith: but, the man that doeth them shall live in them.

13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is everyone that hangs on a tree.

14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the "Gentiles" (heathen –nations - Unbelievers) through Jesus Christ that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith (belief).

The “seed” of Abraham is CHRIST and His followers – the true Christians – the true “Israel” – NOT the Jews!

Present-day “Jews” – IF they accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and quit hanging on to the false idea that the “Jews” are God’s “Chosen People” can also become the “seed” of Abraham.

God will bless those who bless the followers of Christ (the true Christians), and curse those who curse the followers of Christ!

Is Judaism the Religion of the Old Testament?

No! Judaism is NOT the religion of the Old Testament. The religion of the Israelites in the Old Testament was/is Christianity! Jesus, Himself, said so.

“You search the Scriptures; for in them you think you have eternal (eonian) life; but they are they which testify of Me. John 5:39

The only Scriptures that were available when Jesus was on earth were the Old Testament Scriptures, which is what Jesus was clearly referring to. Jesus was stating that the Old Testament Scriptures were about Christ – NOT about Israel.

There are literally dozens of prophecies in the Old Testament pointing towards the coming of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. These prophecies were given to the Israelites by God so the Israelites would recognize Jesus when He came to earth. But the perversion, degeneracy and arrogance of the Pharisees and Sadducees – the leaders of the Organized Church of the day - had so corrupted the truth of the Christianity of the Israelites, that when Jesus appeared they not only rejected Him as the Messiah but they accused Him of “having a devil” (John 8:48) and murdered Him!

The Old Testament is about Christ – NOT about Israel! Therefore, the religion of the Old Testament is/was - - - Christianity!

The rejection of truth by the leaders of the Israelites had thrown them into such profound darkness that they could no longer even discern truth. Instead, they rejected truth and “believed a lie” and murdered God/Jesus Christ.

“Because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

And for this cause God shall send them a strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 2 Thessalonians 2:10,11

And the Pharisees, Sadducees and their followers in the Organized Church of the day, committed a cosmic crime by murdering God! Jesus Christ is/was God - in human form.

“And they shall call His (Jesus’) name Emmanuel, meaning GOD with us.” (Matthew 1:23)

Didn’t Christianity arise from Judaism?

Another resounding “NO”!

Christianity pre-dated Judaism by 4,000 years.

Christianity began with the promise made to Eve after she and Adam sinned. God gave them the promise of redemption through a Savior. God said to the serpent, Satan, who had tempted Eve:

“And I will put enmity (hostility) between you (Satan) and the woman (Eve), and between your seed (your offspring ) and her seed (Eve’s offspring) and He (Christ - and true Christians) shall bruise (#1779 in Strong’s Concordance: overwhelm – break) your (Satan’s) head, and you shall bruise (overwhelm –break) His (Christ’s) heel.” Genesis 3:15

Who does the Bible say are the seed (offspring) of the Devil?

The Pharisees and their followers – the Jews.

Here are the words of Jesus Himself to the Jews and their “spiritual” leaders, the Pharisees, the Sadducees and the scribes:

You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. John 8:44

Who is the seed (offspring) of Eve?

Answer: Christ and His true followers, the true Christians.

Eve gave birth to her third son, Seth, who was the ancestor of Noah, who was the ancestor of Abraham, who was the ancestor of David, who was the ancestor of Christ. (Genesis, Chapter 5 and Matthew, Chapter 1)

The “seed” of Eve was Christ and His followers, the true Christians.

Satan’s offspring, the Jews and their Pharisaic leaders “bruised” (hurt) Christ’s “heel” (a small injury when compared to what would happen to Satan and his followers) when they crucified Him. But by Christ’s death and resurrection, He saved the WHOLE world. Thus, by conquering death and the grave and accomplishing the salvation of ALL mankind, Christ destroyed the works of the Devil and therefore Christ “bruised (overwhelmed – hurt) serpent’s “head” with a FATAL blow!

THIS was the promise of the Messiah – Jesus Christ – who came to save the WHOLE world from sin! This was the beginning of Christianity!

Christianity began with Adam and Eve!

Then WHERE did Judaism come from and WHEN did it begin?

The true Christianity of the Israelites was slowly subverted by an underground current of the spiritual ancestors of the Pharisees. This covert corruption began with the worship of the golden calf in the wilderness, then continued with the worship of the pagan god Baal, and then grew to include child sacrifice through the fire to the pagan god Molech.

The growth of this undercurrent of evil among the Israelites can be documented throughout the entire Old Testament. Moses chastised the Israelites when they turned their back on God. Joshua also warned them. During Samuel’s time, the Israelites demanded a king to rule them “as the other nations” had rather than allowing God to be their King. The prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah were later sent to warn the Israelites of their apostasy.

God showed Ezekiel the abominations secretly going on in Israel. (Ezekiel 8:5-17)

Then said He (God) unto me (Ezekiel), Son of man, lift up your eyes, and look toward the north. So I lifted up my eyes toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar is the image of jealousy in the entrance.

He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, do you see what they do? Even the great abominations that the house of Israel commits here, that I should go far off from My sanctuary? But turn again, and you shall see greater abominations.

And He brought me to the door of the court (of the temple): and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall.

Then He said unto me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had digged I the wall, behold a door

And He said unto me, Go in and behold the wicked abominations that they do here.

So I went in and saw: and behold every form of creeping things (insects) and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, carved on the walls round about.

And there stood before them seventy men of the elders of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up. (The leaders of Israel were secretly worshipping beasts and creeping things as did the pagan Egyptians.)

Then said He unto me, Son of man, have you seen what the elders of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the room of his idols? For they say, The Lord does not see us; the Lord has forsaken the land.

He said also unto me, Turn yet again, and you shall see greater abominations that they do.

Then He brought me to the door of the gate of the Lord’s house which was toward the north; and behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz (A Sumerian fertility god)

Then said He unto me, Have you seen this, O son of man? Turn yet again and you shall see greater abominations than these.

And He brought me into the inner court of the Lord’s house, and behold, at the door of the temple of the Lord, between the porch and the altar, were about twenty-five men, with their backs toward the temple of the Lord, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east.

Then He said unto me, Have you seen this, O son of man? Is it a trivial thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? For they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke Me to anger . . .

Here Ezekiel documents this evil undercurrent that was corrupting the true Christianity of the Israelites. The leaders of the Temple were worshiping idols, beasts and creeping things, the Sumerian fertility god, Tammuz, and they were worshiping the pagan sun god in secret!

When God raised up prophets to rebuke Israel for their waywardness, the prophets were ignored, imprisoned or stoned to death. Eventually, the Israelites were taken captive by Babylon because of their apostasy.

Finally, Jesus, the Messiah, came but this wicked undercurrent had taken hold in such a strong way that the Pharisees and the Sadducees had become so arrogant and self-righteous that they accused Jesus of being a demon-controlled imposter. Jesus rebuked the leaders for bringing false doctrines into the beliefs of the Christian Israelites by promoting traditions that “made the commandments of God of none effect.”

“Thus you have made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition. Matthew 15:6

And He (Jesus) said unto them (the Pharisees), Full well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your own tradition. Mark 7:9

When Jesus was on earth, He attacked the Pharisees as:

hypocrites, blind guides, children of hell, fools, without mercy or faith, full of extortion and self indulgence, full of uncleanness, serpents, brood of vipers, murderers, crucifiers and scourgers of prophets and wise men, AND

accused them of being responsible for “ALL the righteous blood shed upon the earth since Abel.” (Matthew, Chapter 24)

It was then that the Pharisees, Sadducees and scribes – the leaders of the Organized Church of the day – decided to murder Christ by crucifixion.

Once they had rejected and killed the Messiah, Jesus Christ, they fell into even deeper darkness. In A.D. 70, Jerusalem and the temple in it were destroyed. Many of the Pharisees ended up in Babylon where these abominable oral “traditions of the elders” were committed to writing and became known as the Babylonian Talmud, the “holiest” book of Judaism. This evil undercurrent that had been smoldering for hundreds of years had now taken over completely, and a new occult religion was born – the religion of Judaism.

THESE were the originators of Judaism – the religion of Anti-Christ!

Then what does the term “Judeo-Christian” mean?

The term “Judeo-Christian” is an oxymoron, the combining of two words defining two diametrically opposing systems of belief. It’s similar to using the term “blackish-white” or cloning a human being combined with a beast. The authors of Judaism were the Pharisees - the murderers of Christ!

The values of Judaism are violently opposed to the values of Christianity as will be shown by quotes from their “holiest” book, the Talmud, including the Talmudic quotes that calls for theft from, lying to, and murdering of Christians - by the Jews.

The term “Judeo-Christian” is a farce, total nonsense, and an abominable lie. It has been foisted on, and embraced by, almost all who refer to themselves as “Christians.” But how can they call themselves Christians when they are essentially worshiping the followers of Judaism who ridicule, curse and denounce Jesus Christ?

What is the Talmud?

The Talmud is a series of many books that are the “holiest” books in Judaism. They are separated into two main categories: the Mishnah and the Gemara.

The Mishnah identifies itself within its text as “extra-biblical” law. If it is “extra-biblical,” then it is clearly NON-biblical.

The Gemara is a commentary on the Mishnah.

(Another prominent book in Judaism is the Kabbalah. It is original source of all sorceries and witchcraft.)

A vast collection of thousands of Jewish laws and traditions that dictate the behavior – down to the most trivial detail of an orthodox Jew’s life, the Talmud, is Judaism’s holiest book(s).

The Talmud – NOT the Old Testament is the governing religious book of Judaism. Evidence of this is found in the Talmud itself.

Erubin 21b (Soncino edition): “My son, be more careful in the observance of the words of the Scribes (the Talmud) than in the words of the Torah (Old Testament).”

The Talmud nullifies the Bible by permitting and encouraging virtually everything the Bible defines as Sin! While on earth, Jesus made a direct reference to the Talmud when he denounced the Pharisees, the leaders of the synagogue, for voiding the Scripture by teaching the traditions of men. (Mark 7:1-13)

Non-Jews - derogatorily referred to as goyim, minim, heathen, or gentiles, by the Jews - are considered to be no better than cattle, according to the Talmud, so their possessions, their land, and even their lives can be taken at will, by the Jews.

The teachings of the Jewish Babylonian Talmud are arguably the most bigoted, despicable, and hate-filled teachings known to man. Keep in mind that they have a “sanitized” version of the Talmud available to deceive non-Jews. The deceit then becomes layered – deceit on top of deceit!

Who was the FIRST Jew? There was none!

There is NO such thing as an ethnic Jew.

If there is a Jewish race, with "Jewish genes", then WHO was the first "Jew"?

Abraham is often called the "father of the Jewish race," but Abraham was NOT a Jew! He was a Chaldean, from Ur of the Chaldees in the area of Babylon. So was Abraham's wife, Sarah. Abraham was a "Hebrew" which is NOT synonymous with the word "Jew." The word "Hebrew" means "to pass or to cross over." Abraham "crossed over" the River Euphrates to get to the land of Canaan, but in doing so, his genes DID NOT change into "Jewish genes."

Abraham was NOT Jewish! There was NO SUCH THING as a Jewish race – then - OR now! Abraham was a Chaldean, from the area of Babylon,s who was a worshiper of God and a Christian looking forward to the promised Messiah – Jesus Christ!

Abraham had two sons, Ishmael and Isaac but neither one had "Jewish genes" because neither Abraham nor the mothers (Sarah and Hagar) of the two sons were "Jewish." Isaac's sons were Jacob and Esau - and NEITHER one was "Jewish." If they were, then when did their "genes" suddenly become Jewish? Jacob and Esau were TWINS. Esau became the father of the Edomites and they were definitely NOT Jewish! How could ONE twin (Jacob) be Jewish and the OTHER twin (Esau) be an Edomite (a NON-Jew)?

Jacob and his sons went down into Egypt, then came out in the Exodus to the wilderness and on to Canaan, 40 years later. But their genes did not become Jewish genes along the way. In fact, the group that came out of Egypt, the Israelites, the Bible refers to as a MIXED MULTITUDE, meaning that there were others in the group BESIDES the offspring of Jacob.

Then when the Israelites reached the Land of Canaan they intermarried with the heathen Canaanites, against God's explicit command, Obviously, THAT did not suddenly make them "Jewish." SO - - - who was the FIRST Jew? And HOW did ANYONE ever become "Jewish" genetically?

CONCLUSION: There is NO SUCH THING as a Jewish race or ethnicity! There is only a Jewish culture, the culture of the Talmud - and a Jewish religion, Judaism, which is the occult religion of the Talmud and the Kabbalah!

Was Jesus a Jew? No!

Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea, so He was a Judean by birth location (NOT a "Jew" by genetics) and He was from the tribe of Judah, but he lived his life in Nazareth, in "Galilee of the Nations (Gentiles)" so He was a Nazarene. Isa 9:1

Jesus was a child of the Holy Spirit (God’s Spirit – or breath – of holiness) (Luke 1:34,35). He had no lineage from His stepfather, Joseph. Yes, His earthly parents, both His earthly mother and His earthly father, were from the line of David. David was an Israelite, He lived in Israel in the area of Judah, but did that make him "Jewish" genetically?

The prophecy of Jesus' lineage through His earthly parents was given so those who were searching the Scriptures and watching for the Messiah would be able to identify Him appropriately when He came. Even then, the greatest scholars and the wisest in the synagogues STILL did NOT recognize the Messiah.

Many claim that Jesus had to have had genes from His mother, Mary, or He would not have been able to fulfill the prediction of the Scriptures - - to be "tempted in all points like as we are, yet without sin." (Heb 4:15) Yet Adam and Eve were created by God, with no genes from an earthly mother or father, and they were not only "susceptible" to sin - - - they ACTUALLY sinned! So Jesus did NOT have to have earthly genes in order to be susceptible to sin. But when He was tempted, He overcame! Jesus overcame where Adam failed.

There is an additional compelling reason why Jesus had NO earthly genes from either of His earthly parents, including NO genes from His earthly mother, Mary. He could NOT have had ANY of Mary's human genes, because if He had, it would have been a case of the creature (a human being - Mary) CREATING the CREATOR (God in the human form of Jesus), it would be a case of humanity CREATING God! That could NOT be!

Jesus had NO genes from a human parent. He was "born of the Holy Spirit." Matt 1:18 Jesus was placed in Mary's womb to grow in her body, to symbolize Jesus coming from "outside" of us, from "outside" of this world to come into us and become One with us. To put His disposition, His character into us. Jesus came into this world to become One with humanity, to live in us.

"Christ in you, the hope of glory!" Col 1:27

"Let this mind be in you which is in Christ Jesus." Phil 2:5

Paul said, "I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, but not I, but Christ lives in me." Gal 2:20

This is eonian life – mistranslated “eternal life” – the life of Christ in us.

At the time of Christ, there were only two groups: 1) Israelites (Christians – looking forward to the Messiah – Jesus Christ) who lived in the area of Judea and/or worshiped the God of Israel, whose temple was in Jerusalem in Judea, and 2) the nations (the pagans or heathen) who worshiped multiple pagan gods.

The distinction of the two groups was made on the basis of geographic location and/or religion – NOT on ethnicity.

Jesus was NOT a “Jew.” Jesus was God in human form. And God is NOT “Jewish”!

Jewishness is a Culture and/or a religion – NOT an ethnicity.

The Jewish culture is the culture of the Talmud. The Jewish religion is the religion of the Talmud. It is unfortunate that the Christian churches and their members are so woefully ignorant of 1) the teachings of Judaism, and 2) the culture of the Jews.

To learn about the present-day Jewish culture and present-day Judaism and its “holiest” book the Talmud (NOT the Old Testament), let’s look at quotations from the Talmud. In Judaism, Jewish Rabbis are “God”

Hagigah 27a Declares that no rabbi can ever go to hell.

Erubin 21b Whosoever disobeys the rabbis deserves death and will be punished by being boiled in hot excrement in hell.

Baba Mezia 59b. A sly rabbi debates God and through trickery defeats Him. God admits the rabbi won the debate.

Bava Metzia 86a. Rabbi Nahmani is called to heaven to settle a debate between God, and ‘the rest of the fellowship’ and to teach God who is clean and who is not, since the rabbi is the foremost expert (greater than God) on plagues and contamination: “For said Rabbah b. Nahmani, ‘I am absolutely unique in my knowledge of the marks of skin disease that is unclean and in the rules of uncleanness. . .”

Berakhot 6a-b. God wears phylacteries on which are inscribed praise for the Jewish people.

Berakhot 7A God asks a rabbi for the rabbi’s blessing.

The Talmud is God

“. . . The Babylonian Talmud represents God in the flesh. . .” Jacob Neusner, Rabbinic Judaism: Structure and System (Minneapolis, Minnesota: Augsburg Fortress, 1995, p 62.

Rabbi Jacob Neusner states: “On the surface, Scripture plays little role in the Mishnaic system. The Mishnah (part of the Talmud) rarely cites a verse of Scripture, refers to Scripture as an entity, links its own ideas to those of Scripture, or lays claim to originate in what Scripture has said, even by indirect or remote allusion to a Scriptural verse of teaching . . . Formally, redactionally, and linguistically the Mishnah stands in splendid isolation from Scripture. . . the Mishnah constitutes torah.” The Mishnah: A New Translation (New Haven, CT: Yale University Press, 1988) pp. xxxv and xxxvi

Rabbi Neusner is stating that the Mishnah (a part of the Talmud) constitutes (their) “torah” – their “holiest book.”

“Since some of the named authorities in the chain of tradition appear throughout the materials of the Mishnah, the claim is that what these people say comes to them from Sinai through the process of Kabbalah and Massoret – handing down, ‘traditioning.’ So the reason. . . that the Mishnah does not cite Scripture is that it does not have to.” Ibid.

The authority of the Mishnah is derived from the authority of the rabbi, because whatever the rabbi declares to be from Sinai is from Sinai, because the rabbi is Sinai incarnate.” Hoffman, Michael A. II, Judaism’s Strange Gods, pp 37,38.

References to the Torah in Judaism are invariably misleading. By dictionary definition, Torah denotes the books of the Old Testament (Tanakh). But in Judaism, the word Torah can signify the Talmud alone or both the Talmud and the Tanakh.

The Talmud is the holiest book of Judaism

“In all decisions of law that express theology in everyday action, the Talmud forms the final statement of the Torah, mediating Scripture’s rules. Innovation of every kind, whether in the character of the spiritual life or in the practice of the faith in accord with its norms, must find justification in the Talmud.” Neusner, Rabbinic Judaism, op. cit. Talmud Attacks Christians and Christian Books

Shabbat 116a. Jews must destroy the books of the Christians, i.e. the New Testament.

Many Jews believe that the Jewish people are the Messiah. THEY will bring “peace” to the world. (This is the ultimate blasphemy against Christ.)

The Noahide Laws

“Our government under Presidents Reagan, Bush and Clinton, has provided, under the euphemism of education (for example, House Joint Resolution 173 and Public Law 102-14), a groundwork for the establishment of Talmudic ‘courts of justice’ to be administered by disciples of Shneur Zalman’s Chabad successor, Rabbi Manachem Mendel Schneerson.

“Maimonides ruled that it is a Jewish court – or a court appointed by Jewish authority – that enforces obedience and passes judgment on Gentiles, as well as promulgating legislation by court order for that purpose. Maimonides further decreed that any non-Jewish nation ‘not subject to our jurisdiction’ (tahaht yadeinu) will be the target of Jewish holy war. (Hilkhot Melakhim 8:9-10; 10:11. Also cf. Gerald J. “These courts are to be convened allegedly under the ‘Noahide Laws’ (proscriptions against idolatry supposedly based on the covenant with Noah). The U.S. presidents and Congress urged the adoption of the ‘Noahide’ Laws as interpreted by Chabad-Lubavitch Grand Rabbi Schneerson.

Prof. Easterly of the Southern University Law Center, a Jewish legal expert, has compared this Public Law 102-14 to the ;first rays of dawn’ which ‘evidence the rising of the still unseen sun.’

Jews Advocate Extermination of the Gentiles

This is the saying of Rabbi Simon ben Yohai: “Even the BEST of the Gentiles should ALL be killed.” (ob shebe goyyim harog) This passage is from the original Hebrew of the Babylonian Talmud as quoted by the 1907 Jewish Encyclopedia, published by Funk and Wagnall’s and compiled by Isidore Singer under the entry, “Gentile,” (p. 617)

The controversial case of a purported Holocaust survivor living in Australia who was adopted by the Nazis and made into their child mascot is being re-examined by the Claims Conference amid fresh allegations of a Holocaust hoax.

confirmed to Haaretz this week that the case of Uldis (Alex) Kurzem had been handed over to its ombudsman, Israel-based Shmuel Hollander, who was appointed last year after multiple scams against the German government totaling $57 million were discovered.

“The Claims Conference is taking this matter with the utmost of seriousness,” Schneider said.

The investigation was upgraded after the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Jerusalem weighed into the controversy last week, alleging that the evidence surrounding

reparations from Germany since 1999, “points to a scam.”

In a blistering letter to Claims Conference officials, Efraim Zuroff, the director of the Wiesenthal Center’s Israel office, wrote: “In every respect, Kurzem’s story

suspicion.

“Everything in this case appears to point to a scam, but only a comprehensive investigation can finally determine whether Kurzem is indeed a Holocaust survivor, which I very much doubt, or an impostor whose main motivation was to gain fortune and fame by distorting his unusual wartime experiences,” Zuroff wrote.

Kurzem, a Melbourne-based

birthday, claims he witnessed his mother, brother and sister being massacred in 1941 in the village of Koidanov (now in Belarus) before escaping and being adopted by a Latvian SS guard who took pity on him, gave the Aryan-looking kid a new name (Uldis Kurzemnieks), a Nazi uniform and made him his battalion’s mascot.

Dubbed “the Reich’s youngest Nazi,” Kurzem claimed he managed to hide his Jewish identity from the SS and told his incredible story in “The Mascot” – an award-winning documentary aired in 2004 by the Australian Broadcasting

published by Penguin in 2009. The documentary and the book, written by Kurzem’s now-deceased son Mark, sparked a flurry of international headlines about his astonishing survival.

Kurzem’s application for reparations was initially rejected by the Claims Conference before being approved in 1999. He is believed to have accrued in excess of $50,000 since then, which Zuroff says should be repaid if it is proven that he is a fraud. Kurzem has vehemently denied fraud allegations since questions about the veracity of his story were first raised by two American investigators after his story was featured on CBS’ prestigious news magazine “60 Minutes” in 2009.

Dr. Barry Resnick and Dr. Colleen Fitzpatrick, both from California, first approached the Claims Conference that year and have since presented officials with a dossier of evidence they claim suggests irregularities and inconsistencies in Kurzem’s story, as Haaretz reported last September.

“distressing” but maintained his innocence. “One hundred percent, I will prove them wrong,” he said of his naysayers.

“They’ve been investigating for the last five years. They won’t come up with anything. If they stop [the reparations] I can’t do anything, but they have no reason to,” he added.

Resnick and Fitzpatrick do not contest that Kurzem was rescued by a Latvian battalion in 1942 or that he became their mascot. But, they argue, there is no historical documentation to support his claims that he is Jewish or that his family was murdered by the same Latvians who rescued him.

“There is not one thread of evidence that supports the premise of this story, nor is there any proof Mr. Kurzem is Jewish,” Resnick said.

But an affidavit signed in 1998 by Frida Reizman, of the Jewish survivors’ society in Minsk, certifies that Kurzem was born Ilya Solomonovich Galperin, that his mother, brother and sister were massacred in Koidanov, and that his father survived Auschwitz, remarried and had a son, Erik, who lives in Minsk and is Alex’s half-brother.

affidavit may have been forged and they claim there is no record of an Ilya Galperin from Koidanov at Yad Vashem.

Fitzpatrick, a forensic genealogist specializing in DNA identification, says if Kurzem was indeed born Ilya Galperin he should take a test to prove his DNA matches that of his half-brother.

Although Kurzem has repeatedly pledged to take the test, he has yet to do so and previously told the Herald Sun newspaper he would only do it for $100,000. He later defended his comment, telling Haaretz he was protesting the allegations of a Holocaust hoax by Resnick and Fitzpatrick.

“Everything about his responses to doubts expressed about the veracity of his narrative only increase the suspicions that he has something to hide,” Zuroff wrote in his letter to Claims Conference officials.

Fitzpatrick, who met Kurzem in Melbourne in April last year, said: “I have been part of two other major Holocaust fraud exposures, and I believe the back-story of the creation of ‘The Mascot’ is very much the same as the back-story of the creation of the Misha Defonseca and Herman Rosenblat frauds.”

Defonseca wrote the bestselling book “Misha: A Memoir of the Holocaust Years” in 2007 but two years later confessed that she is not Jewish and that she

Rosenblat’s proposed book, “Angel at the Fence,” was nixed in 2008 after he admitted his recollection of a girl throwing him apples over the fence of a sub-camp of Buchenwald was fabricated.

The two Americans also point to the fact that Kurzem signed an affidavit in 1972 saying he was “grateful” to Nazi SS Colonel Karlis Lobe because his “life was saved” by him. “To provide written support for a brutal killer of Jews and then to turn around and ask the Claims Conference for reparations is despicable,” Resnick said. But Carol Reginio, a longstanding acquaintance who has been caring for Kurzem since his wife died a decade ago, defended Kurzem.

“He’s sweetest, kindest, gentlest man you could ever meet,” she said. “He’s had a lot of people attack him for what he’s done. He’s not out to make money – that’s something his son eventually did. Alex is still broke, he’s a pensioner.”

She added: “People tend to forget he was a little boy, 5 years old. Everything he’s said is the truth. He’s a very upfront, honest man, he’s not out to deceive anybody.” But Resnick said it was remarkable that “despite remembering extensive details of what happened when he was 5 years old, Mr. Kurzem somehow could not remember his own name.”

Resnick and Fitzpatrick say if the Claims Conference stops Kurzem’s reparations they plan to launch legal action against the Penguin Group (USA) and Alex Kurzem on behalf of everyone who bought the best-seller believing the

Two men and a woman were indicted in a Haifa court Thursday for human trafficking and operating a brothel, where they employed women they had persuaded to come to Israel from Ukraine to work as prostitutes.

The three – Aleksandr Vitsitsky, 34, of Kiryat Haim, Fadi Huari, 36, of Nazareth and Ivana Kovzer, 26, a Ukraine national – are charged with contacting women in Ukraine and offering them profitable work in Israel as prostitutes.

The defendants found some women on dating sites and others through contact people in Ukraine, whom they paid $1,000 for each woman who came to Israel. The sexual encounters were held in a brothel they operated in an apartment on 41 Acre street in Kiryat Motzkin, the charges say.

The three defendants were arrested two weeks ago following a Haifa Police investigation. The police questioned two women who had come from Ukraine in January to work as prostitutes for the defendants.

They recorded the suspects’ phone conversations and gathered testimonies from clients who contacted their phones.

The third defendant, Kovzer, came to Israel on a three-month tourist visa with her daughter in June 2012 and moved in with Vitsitsky, whom she had met in Ukraine. Together they raised NIS 10,000 to develop their illicit business, the indictment says.

Kovzer allegedly contacted women on online Ukraine dating sites and suggested they come to Israel. Presenting herself as “Alona,” she told them they could make good money in prostitution here and that women who had done so returned home happy, the charge sheet says.

Two women allegedly agreed to come to Israel, where Vitsitsky promised them they would work as escort girls and a guard would drive them to their clients for sexual services. At Kovzer’s request the women sent her their photographs.

According to the indictment, he told them the price for a prostitution act in Israel was $150-$250 an hour and they would get to keep half the money they received from the clients. He also promised the two he would rent an apartment for them to stay in and after they paid him back for the rent, they could rent an apartment at their own expense.

Vitsitsky and Huari are charged with receiving NIS 100 for every prostitution act in the brothel.

A fourth defendant involved in the case is in hiding and refuses to turn himself in.

The prosecutor asked the Haifa District Court Thursday to detain the defendants until the end of the judicial procedures.

“And I was in the tub, and I had my back turned, and somebody raped me while I was in the water,” he says. He takes a shaky breath. “And I didn’t know what happened. I couldn’t make sense of it, really.”

Diangelo says he never saw the man who abused him. These days, monitors are posted by the bath to stop any sexual activity. But back then, the boy was on his own. He told no one but began refusing to go to the mikvah. He left Orthodox Judaism when he was 17. He changed his name from Joel Deutsch and cut almost all ties with his family and friends.

Now, Diangelo wears black leather and mascara. He plays in a rock band and takes refuge in the heavy-metal lyrics of Metallica.

“There are so many songs, you know. They have a latest song, which is called ‘Broken, Beaten & Scarred,’ and one of the verses is: ‘They scratched me, they scraped me, they cut and raped me.’ ” He laughs wearily. “And that’s my life right there. When I listen to it, it gives me strength.”

Allegations Of Abuse

For these two men, this is a tour through aching secrets and violent memories. Diangelo and Engelman are unusual because they let their names be used. But they believe that sexual abuse is woven throughout this Hasidic community.

For Engelman, the loss of innocence came at school.

“This is it, right here,” he says.

Engelman parks his car across from the United Talmudical Academy, a hulking building on a desolate street. This was the yeshiva, or Jewish boys’ school, that Engelman attended. Engelman says he was 8 years old, sitting in Hebrew class one day, when he was called to the principal’s office. When he arrived, he says, Rabbi Avrohom Reichman told him to close the door.

“He motioned for me to get on his lap, and as soon as I got on the chair, he would swivel the chair from right to left, continuously,” Engelman says. “Then he would start touching me while talking to me. He would start at my shoulders and work his way down to my genitals.”

Engelman says this occurred twice a week for two months. He told no one for more than a decade. Reichman was, after all, a revered rabbi. Four years ago, he told his parents. And a year ago, when he heard that Reichman had allegedly abused several other boys, they confronted Reichman. When the school heard about it, they gave the rabbi a polygraph.

“He failed miserably,” Engelman says. “So they told me, ‘This guy is gone. This guy has to go.’ “

But a few weeks later, a religious leader from the school approached Engelman’s mother, Pearl. He posed an astonishing question: On a scale of 1 to 10, how bad was the molestation?

She was speechless. Then she says, the man continued, ” ‘We found out there was no skin-to-skin contact, that it was through clothing.’ So he’s telling me, ‘On a scale of 1 to 10, this was maybe a 2 or a 3, so what’s the big fuss?’ “

The school hired Reichman back. That was in July 2008 — one week after Joel Engelmen turned 23 and could no longer bring a criminal or civil case against the rabbi.

An Open Secret

Reichman and school officials declined to be interviewed for this story. But Rabbi David Niederman, who heads the United Jewish Organizations of Williamsburg, says the school did its due diligence.

“I’m convinced that they made a serious investigation,” he says. “They felt that it’s not credible.”

Now Engelman has filed a long-shot civil suit against Reichman and the school, claiming they broke an oral contract.

Reichman’s attorney, Jacob Laufer, says the lawsuit is baseless and that the community is fully behind the rabbi.

“Even after these accusations were publicly made,” he says, “the parents continue to compete among themselves for the opportunity to have their children be educated by Rabbi Reichman.”

The Reichman case is not isolated. Four ultra-Orthodox rabbis in Brooklyn have been sued or arrested for abusing boys in the past three years. That’s a tiny fraction of the actual abuse, says Hella Winston, author

Rebels. She says that in researching her book, she encountered dozens of alleged victims who told her sexual abuse is an open secret in the Hasidic community. But the community is so insulated and the rabbis are so powerful that few dare to come forward.

“If I become known as an informer, then people also won’t want to have anything to do with my family,” she explains. “They won’t want to marry my children, won’t want to give me a job. This is the fear.”

But more and more accusations against rabbis have begun to circulate. Last August, politician and radio talk show host Dov Hikind devoted

interviewed Pearl Engelman, who spoke under an alias, about her son’s case.

The calls flooded in. Hikind, who is an Orthodox Jew himself, represents this area in the New York Assembly. He says after the show, people started showing up at his office with their stories.

“Fifty, 60, 70 people,” he says, “but you got to remember for each person who comes forward, God only knows how many people are not coming forward.”

although he is working with the district attorney’s office. He says the people who confided in him are afraid to go public, which creates a perfect situation for abusers.

“If you’re a pedophile, the best place for you to come to are some of the Jewish communities,” he says. “Why? Because you can be a pedophile and no one’s going to do anything. Even if they catch you, you’ll get away with it.”

“To me, it does not make sense,” says Niederman, of the United Jewish Organizations, “that so many people have been violated and for so many years they have been quiet. Something does not add up. It’s being blown out of proportion — big time.”

Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes says he has 10 active sexual abuse cases involving Orthodox Jews — including a school principal who was recently arrested on a lead from Hikind. And Hynes says there could be many more. Yeshivas are private schools, which means they don’t have to report accusations of sexual abuse to civil authorities.

“I’ve got no way to know if there’s a pattern of concealing the conduct,” he says.

Hynes says the Jewish leaders — like Catholic bishops — try to handle these affairs internally, through a rabbinical court. It’s a practice that infuriates him.

“You have no business taking these cases to religious tribunals,” Hynes says. “They are either civil or criminal in nature. Or both. Your obligation is to bring these allegations to us and let us conduct the investigation.”

Hynes says he’s trying to work out a memorandum of understanding with the rabbis, in which they promise to bring the prosecutor every allegation of abuse.

“Pretty much, I left my childhood here,” he says. “After I left here, I had a totally different picture of school, religion and life.”

But Engelman hopes that his story will shine a light on the secret and, perhaps,

In my opinion , the majority of places of worship are referred to in rev:2, verse 9. When you find me a church that preaches these truths I will attend regularly. I have searched a long time though and have not seen one yet. I am 53 years of age now and been looking well over half of my life.
