You would have gone to the appropriate court to serve him the notice after which a 7 day notice of owners intention to take possession, the court would send officers to eject him the right way... As it is, he is tenant at will...

Thought provoking I would say..

Cigarette contains nicotine and methane which obviously kills. It has led death of millions globally on annual bases, and unfortunately, even thousands have died as a result of secondhand smoke exposure..that means, even a non-smoker is " liable to die young" when exposed to a smoker.

Despite these facts, cigarette is still legal. Isn't it hypocritical to make weed and other hard drugs illegal while cigarette remains a menace flexing freely in the society?

You have answered ur question... You said other hard drugs! I don't need to say anything more...
