Just use flutterwave with your debit card which will be higher, the rate will be shown before you are debited. Or you can use the Form A processing via UBA or GTB which may take sometime tho. Btw, which school is this ?

You can send a mail indicating you have your certificate now and request for a reschedule.
I got an invite for Tuesday 30th at the same place for an assessment.
