Please is there anyone who did their biometrics for skilled worker visa (not HCA) since April 12 still waiting on their passport

I am not sure what you mean by family visa.
Spousal visa is only applicable to those who their partners have a settled status ie ILR or British Citizenship

He’s been working for 3 years now and currently on a tier 2 visa.I’m about to apply to join him as his wife in the UK.Which visa route is more appropriate health and care dependent or skilled worker dependent and how long will it take to get a response from home office

The skilled worker dependent visa is more appropriate except you secured a job in health care already. As for timelines might be between 3 weeks -6 weeks
