Did you submit the printed copy to your school for signature then pressurized the school so they can move it down to jamb office or if signed you take it to jamb office if the school would release it to you.jamb would be the one to process and forward your new reg number and how to print your admission letter to your mail

I want to apply for HND program but the criteria for application is that applicant shld provide jamb admission letter and jamb registration number because of NYSC.

I wrote jamb the same year I gained admission during OND but I didn't use the jamb result for the admission process so I don't have jamb admission letter, my question is can I use my jamb slip in place of jamb admission letter? Will it affect me during NYSC mobilization?

You would still need the jamb admission letter cos the school would collect it.just go to a cyber cafe with the slip tell them you want to print your admission letter that is if you were offered admission that year if not you'll have to do jamb regularization
