pls important questions need to be asked, OP, is your child not having temperature, is the child not drooling, how long has d child been like this , is the child not stooling, is d child playing? if any of these is Yes pls take the child to hospital, specifically teaching hospital.

I am not a doctor neither in related field, I am only writing from experience.
