I took it to Ajah Nd the buyer didn't balance me not until after a week and I didn't get the money complete sef.
I used manure and urea fertiliser.
I made 46% ROI

Noone is 100% sure anyway cos they really do not why the mgt came up with such decision.

It would have been understandable if it is a reappraisal, but it is not. At least, employees won't be ask to reapply if it is an appraisal.

Accommodation is cheaper in the new place than the current place.

65k with accommodation is OK ooo..because with 75k u can end up paying over 35k for the same accommodation.. But again..there is nothing as good as professional growth..if the new school offers better career path..then he/she can opt out..my advice is remain with the one that offers free accommodation.. BTW is this school in Lagos?

He got his current job late last year and he is paid a monthly salary of 65k plus free accommodation. The salary is very regular and he gets at least 13k by the end of every term. Before the end of the just concluded term, the management of the school directed that every staff should reapply for the position they currently hold or any other position they deem fit to occupy.
Meanwhile, the management had told them there is no room for renegotiation. So, they were subjected to fresh written and oral interview this week shortly after fresh applicant did theirs. Although, he is confident he will scale through, the threat and stress of the just is becoming unbearable.
Just yesterday, he got an offer from another school (new school) to be paid 75k but without accommodation. He is considering leaving his current job taking the new job while he waits for his July salary to be paid.

Is this really a wise decision?

The land is about 1½plots. I harvested 64 bags. I bought 2 cans of Tokyo F1 @7k5 each from Soloxam and a bag was sold for 2k5 but my 3rd harvest was sold for 2k7/bag

A plot of land around where I farm is sold for 350-400k
But I don't buy land, but rent not even lease. Though there is land if you want to lease.
