Rule no 2. Don't take the grape and bitter leaf during the day time because it may purge you. It doesn't purge me but it purges some individuals when taken during the day.
Rule no 3. Take the mixture last thing at night
Rule no 4. Make sure the bitter leaf and grape is fresh one. Don't prepare it and put in the freeze please. You must prepare fresh one each night for at least a month. I bet you will see result before the one month end. Just be faithful to it and don't skip any night for the first one month.
PREPARATION: get two handful of fresh bitter leaf and rinsh it with clean water to remove dirty, then put the bitter leaf in a bowl and measure a glass of clean water and add to the bowl, then squeez the content together very well, after then get the glass and filter the content in to the glass. Please note its the first squeezing that you need. Then peel the grape and squeez it into the glass of bitter leaf and stir after stiring you can drink it. Remenber don't take any other thing after drinking it. Just go and sleep.

I intend to plant maize in my cassava farm like I have earlier said in one of my comment.
I am depending solely on natural water (rain) to cultivate the maize and now it hasn't rained here for over a week now. Though I'm yet to plant the cassava, will it make sense if I plan to the maize after perhaps one rainfall or when is right?

What she needs is a complete lifestyle.change. Weight loss isn't something one can successfully achieve in a short time frame yes there are crash diets but the after effects are always there.

My tips are as follows:

She should determine why she actually wants to lose weight and pen it down.

She should have a target weight and a long term timeline for achieving it.

She can put up pictures of people she would like to look like as inspiration I for eg have Funke akindele as one of my desired weight inspirations

She should list things that she will have to gradually cross of her diet and things she will substitute with. Eg no more carbonated drinks replace with fruits. Reduce from three cokes daily to one and then none if you get me.

Start using smaller bowls to eat.

Start reducing carbs till she can eliminate or bring it to a minimum

Begin to embrace exercise. No need for gym for now. She can jog, walk, skip or do aerobics for a start.

Starr drinking more water. It should be about 2 litres daily

Henceforth she should weigh herself once weekly and record in a diary

Commit the journey into God's hands via prayers

Again remember its a long term plan and will only be achieved and maintained by a complete change in lifestyle

Hit the gym, drink plenty water, pap and a small protein serving for breakfast, no more dinner after 6pm. In only one month, there shall be changes. I can imagine how heavy she feels...
