There are Teams within Specuit to address your concerns/complaints and this, I believe, has been addressed. Nonetheless, since you're yet to get your package because you refused to complete your payment, your complaint is still very much open and valid.

Your heaviest item doesn't weigh 4lbs (1.82kg; converted by dividing 4lbs by 2.2 in any case you wish to do a double-check); item weight is different from package weight; this, you can always verify from your vendor(s) or the courier(s) they use for Local Freight. I, when I worked at the Hello Team, clarified this with you again and again. And this, I have, on several occasions repeated to some clients. Permit me to correct your notion that some items are weightless: no item is weightless because boxes, bubble wraps, sheets and all other materials added to safeguard your items make up the weight; this is one of the many things to factor in when shopping/freighting internationally.

An actual weight of all your packages will be difficult to decipher at this point because as you're aware, we strip all packages when they arrive Lagos, Nigeria, run a verification on them, take snapshots which are repeatedly uploaded here for promotion purposes, security purposes, et al. and we repackage in portable boxes or nylon bags to make them easier for the Courier Team to move them from one doorstep to the other.

However, the S & M Team will provide you with the weight of the stripped-and-repackaged packages of yours within the hour. Then, if you're still unclear about anything, the right Team will address that.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this and I'm sorry you had to take out your time to post this.

The post you quoted was self-explanatory; you and other clients who have pending packages are also aware that we've been at work despite being on holiday and we worked all day on Christmas (25th December) to ensure that almost all clients who made payments yesterday, got their packages yesterday. We worked 25th, worked 26th and we will work today again until all packages are delivered; that's what we do and that's not going to change because...Christmas or festive season. It's our job!

From the report I've got here: Peter, Showkhunbi, Otunbaworldwide, Cube2012, BlueHorizo, Ezeokobe, Jibola, Gadafi101 and others who paid early yesterday received their packages yesterday. Other clients who made payments noontime or evening yesterday will receive their packages today via Specuit Express. From same report, your packages have been ready for you to pick up since nightfall on the 25th.

You're not being overcharged. I'm sorry but none of the couriers in the Courier Team will be assigned to deliver your package if your payment isn't complete; that's not the way it works. Deciding to pay half or 3/4 of your invoices isn't an option. We'd consider a discount but not in this case. I won't authorize a discount that knocks off funds spent freighting your items except in extreme cases...this isn't one.

Your payment isn't complete. It's advisable to post the right information: you got an invoice of N27,010 or so but decided to pay N18,330, then N2,760 = N21,090. Please complete your payment by crediting our account with N5,920. Then, you can pick up at our Collection Centre of if you prefer Domestic Courier, Specuit Express does that for an extra fee. We won't release your package if your payment isn't complete: N27,010.
