They are applying for a new B1/B2 visa... I am thinking if people for visa renewal in Lagos are canceling their regular appt for the new waiver appt then there may be a chance to get an earlier date this year... Please correct me if I am wrong. Also, how many times can the appointment be canceled and rescheduled?

GUYS!!!! Please Hos do I switch the interview Location from Abuja to Lagos I am trying to get an IV date for my folks since this new policy of no waiver for renewal will open up dates for new applicants in Lagos. HELP ME PLEASE
