Please I would like you guys to advice me.
I have #3m and want start the study journey to Canada,

1. Can I get some scholarships in Conestoga College and or Northern College?
2. Can I also get a loan in Nigeria and where?
3. I am university graduate in Nigeria (2.2 lower) applying to colleges, would it raise a red flag?
