Job Description – ACCOUNTANT

Will be responsible for the accounting, taxation, cost control and budgeting activities of the company.

Responsibilities
Oversee the day to day finance and accounts operations
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
Maintain the Ledger General and reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accounting and reporting deadlines are met
Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting
Ensure accuracy and viability of accounting records
Ensure financial guidelines and procedures are followed and best practices in financial management are maintained.
Prepare management report and financial statement.
Prepare cash flow projections
Credit Control
Reconcile Accounts
Supervise of Accounts Clerks
Reviews weekly financial reports and brings any significant issues to the attention of the Management.

Qualifications

Certified Chartered Accountant will be added advantage
Minimum of 6 years post qualification experience
At least 3 years relevant experience in Nigeria

Skills

Result oriented
Proficient in Accounting Package and MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point etc.)
Able to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
Must have strong investigative skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Strong ethical commitment to impartiality and transparency.

my people my vet told me my boerboel had ear mite nd she s been shaking her hear rigorously and often, later i discovered dt she has lost apetite for food, den her eyes will be swollen in d mrng, d vet gave me ear ultra guard bt d shaking of head continues i feel sorry for her bt i dont kno what to do, i read somwhere online to apply mineral oil, i dont even know where to get dem, i stay on the island, pls help if you have any solution to the ear mite problem
