It depends on the option you select while submitting the dispute.

In the option you will see option like
ITEM NOT RECEIVED

ITEM RETURNED BACK TO SELLER

I can't remember all but it's there. I have opened such dispute before, when SpeedAF delivery man couldn't deliver my parcel after estimated time and the parcel has marked *ITEM RETURNED* on SpeedAF website.

I have to open a dispute and I was refunded.

I have ordered things from AliExpress in the past, the last time I ordered was like a year ago.
So I intend ordering a phone soon, a redmi note 10 pro to be precise, so I will appreciate if someone can give me in details, how to go about it and what to expect , like will i pay for custom duties? How authentic are phones from AliExpress? And the payment method that I can make use of.

I will advise you never to buy phone from AliExpress. It's either you buy a fake phone or it will very expensive comparing to high black market dollar exchange rate.

Chat up Chipper Cash Customer care to refresh your account. The mony is already there in your account.

Or you make a purchase with your card, the money is there but not visible.

Check your Post Office. If you can't get it, apply for a refund immediately if the option is still there.

Visit your nearest Post Office, if after 10days and you didn't receive call from them. Your parcel is still on transit.

Don't panic! Just wait for 60days (2 Months). If after 60days, you didn't get it; you can apply for a refund.

I remember sometime last year, I purchased 20pcs of 18650 Samsung rechargeable batteries Worth $95 from AliExpress via SELLER SHIPPING METHOD.

I waited for 75days without seeing anything. I complained to the seller which he told to excercise some patience, that my parcel is still on transit. He postponed the delivery date which made me to suspect him and I apply for a refund.

My money was refunded to me immediately by AliExpress. 5 Months later, I got the batteries from my Post Office.

I have contacted the seller to inform him. He told me to purchase another one, which I did to pay him back his money.

Always run from SELLER SHIPPING METHOD.
