Apply for F2 next. Since your wife has F1, that is the logical step that would be expected. With the documents that will be sent by the school for your F2 application, you will have less convincing to do during the interview. With F2, you would not need to stay permanently with your wife in the US, you can visit as often as you want and stay as long as you want. It also allows you more flexibility in the US, more privileges than B2. Goodluck

My project is close to the first gate. The area is waterlogged so I had to do raft foundation, I have since decked, roofed and about to start plastering anytime soon. Once you deck, fence and fill your compound, you will be fine, although the roads were not well done initially, the drainages were well done. I also did my soakaways so I could use the sand from there as part of the filing. Feel free to ask me more specific questions if you need to.

I paid N1,500 for each sqm to be produced onsite, not different from what it will cost to produce at their site. They get the colors by buying colored cement specially made for the purpose.

Depends on the part of the Estate. However raft is strongly recommended. I am building within the first gate and doing raft.
