You do not need to be a rocket scientist to figure out that Jesus returns very soon. Here are just eleven commonsense reasons unique to our generation that indicate Jesus returns before 2040.

1. We can know that Jesus returns before 2040 because mankind is planning to put a human colony on Mars by 2030.

Space X led by multi Billionaire Elon Musk has a very aggressive program to put people on Mars by the middle of the 2020’s. NASA and the European Space Agency are also planning Mars missions that should put people on Mars before 2030. I think China will also have a program to put people on Mars or the Moon. These programs could be delayed a few years but barring the great tribulation humans will have a colony on Mars or the Moon before 2040. I do not believe God will allow the colonization of Mars or the Moon to happen. Souls of humans that die either go to be with the Lord or they descend to Sheol to await the great judgment. Souls of humans are not going to be bound to another planet.

Ob 1:4 Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD.

The tribulation will come to try all that dwell upon the earth (Rev 3:10). Wealthy people are not going to escape the great trial on earth by colonizing Mars. Therefore, conditions on earth are not going to allow the space program to continue forward as Elon Musk and others project. The programs to put man on Mars before 2030 will not happen. They will be interrupted by events on earth spoken about in chapters 4 through 19 of Revelation.

2. Advances in artificial intelligence and genetic engineering are indicators that Jesus returns before 2040. If the Lord does not come soon, humans would become various kinds of hybrids. Not only will the AI/chimera/synthetic biology hybrids be something that God never created, the mistakes made by those playing God probably would destroy all life on earth. God is not going to allow either to happen.

3. God said the general lifespan of humans during this present age would be 70 or 80 years (Ps 90:10). Scientists say they will soon make humans live decades longer than that. Lifespans beyond 80 will not become the norm on earth before the millennial reign of Jesus. The fact that mankind very well could achieve longer lifespans than Psalm 90 suggests is a sign that we must be very near the end of this age.

4. Harvests take place when the crop is at its peak. God is not going to delay the Lord’s coming beyond the harvest time of the just and the wicked on earth. The wheat is already being choked out by the tares (weeds) in many nations on earth (Mt 13:30 39, Rev 14:15). Also, the number of total humans on earth is near peaking. The end time harvest will occur right on schedule at the end of the 6000 year growing season determined for God’s wheat. Then the earth is reaped, the tares are burned and the saved enter the thousand-year Sabbath rest.

5. Many Jews are back in their promised land. Some unbelieving Jews had to be brought back to Israel to fulfill Bible prophecy. Even so, most Jews that returned have not sought God or repented of their evils. For example, 79 percent in Israel support homosexual marriage or homosexual civil union. Israel is a very secular humanist nation. God is not going to be blessing Israel for supporting even worse perversions than when they were cast out.

The leadership of Israel continually displays that their real trust is in their weapons and their alliances with strong nations. They do not trust in their God. The nations around Israel want to destroy Israel. Therefore, Israel will soon make a covenant with the Antichrist for a promise of peace and security. The Bible said all these things would happen at the end of the age. Only a third of the Jews in Israel will survive the refining fire of the tribulation (Zec 13:9). The fulfillment of the prophecies about Israel occurring at the end of the age could start any day now.

6. Human government is now hostile toward the biblical God and is antichrist almost everywhere on earth. As the God hating socialists gain power, the gospel truth becomes outlawed. The godless socialists plan to have governance over all on earth by 2030. The fifth seal of Revelation tells about there being great persecution of believers on earth. That would occur if the Marxists get control over the globe. Those persecuting God’s people will reap God’s judgment.

7. Islam will bring hell on earth long before 2040. When the green horse of Revelation rides it will bring death and hell over one-quarter of the earth (Rev 6:. Islam rules over one-fourth of the earth today and Muslims are one-quarter of the earth’s population. The flags of most Muslim nations contain green most other nations do not, is that just coincidence, or a hint about the people reaping the prophecy? (By the way, most Muslim nations flags contain green because it is said to be Mohammad’s favorite color.)

8. Lawlessness and violence in the world is making governments more and more authoritarian. The elite who are running Europe and globalist organizations intend to make the EU an authoritarian superstate like China. Social unrest in Europe is being orchestrated. They bring in Muslims because they want more violence. The elite are confident that the people of Europe will give up liberty for the promise of security. After the authoritarians gain control of Europe again, they will deal with Islam. What we see taking place in Europe leads to the revival of an authoritarian Roman Empire. This superstate in Europe is necessary to fulfill end time Bible prophecy.

9. The world is going cashless. The buy/sell system of Revelation 13 was not possible before our time. Computer chips and worldwide communication technologies have now made a cashless economic system inevitable. The bankers of the world are planning a cashless world in less than a decade. The debt burden of almost all nations insures that a crash of the present system will occur by the 2020’s or even sooner. After that, all that is needed to fulfill Bible prophecy is the implementation of a worldwide cashless system and the decree of the False Prophet.

10. The destruction of the family will bring chaos on the earth long before 2040. The anti family and sexual confusion agenda is being pushed by godless statist Marxists. They intend to destroy the family so the state has birth to death control over everyone’s mind.

The sexual revolution perversion and destruction of the family unit did not come about naturally. This insanity was only made possible through the Marxist dominated education system and media. The sexual revolution and destruction of the family is a Marxist means to a statist end. The motto is “order out of chaos”. What they mean by that motto is that luciferian world order comes after they destroy all Bible based world order. That is what the destruction of the family and all the sexual confusion is shaped to do.

11. The 1.4 trillion dollar silk road project pushed by China will put the infrastructure in place for the two hundred million man army from the East (Rev 9:16). This silk road project is projected to involve 66 nations. It also will help the armies of those nations to come against Israel. The Bible talks about a highway that is walked on to bring believers back to Israel. This could be the foundation of the highway spoken about in Isa 11:16, 19:23 and 35:8.

You do not have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that Jesus returns before 2040. I am sure that you also can think of some commonsense reasons why Jesus returns before 2040.

Also it is time for Christians to learn the shahada, because, when Jesus Christ (pbuh) comes, he will let every Christian know that Allah is his Lord, and every Christian will understand that Muslims have been pointing them to the light.

Also in the progress of destruction to be expected are robots, insane wireless technology, flying cars. Just watchout for when robots would be given human rights and legalized. The year 2030 is when the UN plans to have global governance in place and the way things are going in the world there is little reason to believe they will not accomplish their objective. Even so, things like world wars or the Rapture could change timelines but let’s suppose mankind continues on its present course. How will life on earth change by 2030?

The 2020’s will bring many high-tech revolutions. Computers will be 100 times faster than they are today and people will have unlimited data storage access. Internet access will become a human right. Everyone in the world will have gigabyte Internet service by 2030.

There are plans to put tens of thousands of satellites in low orbit in the 2020’s to provide gigabit Internet service to all on earth. SpaceX alone plans to put up over 10,000 satellites by the mid 2020’s and there are several other competitors also planning to put up thousands of satellites. When these space communications systems are up and running the Revelation 13 prophecy becomes possible by man’s doing for the first time in the history of the world. The prophecy says nobody in the world would be able to buy or sell without the mark of the beast or the number of his name. That will not be possible until all people on earth are connected to a digital world-wide system and do all their transactions using it.

I do not think people will be typing or texting anymore by 2030. Typing skills will become as outdated as Morse Code. People will just talk to their communications device that will be worn somewhere on their body. It will communicate with all local electronic devices and the World Wide Web.

By 2030 robotics will be everywhere. Much of the manufacturing in the world will be done with 3D printers. 3D printers will even become a common appliance in the home. If you need something made you will ask your communications device to find an algorithm to build it. There may be a small fee for the algorithm but many will be opened sourced and free. Manufactures will have industrial sized 3D printers that can build things as large as cars and prefabricated houses. 3D printing will significantly reduce the costs of manufacturing.

There likely will be a global transmission tax to pay for world government. To achieve this they could require all people on earth to get assigned a number to make Internet transmissions. That leads to people not being able to buy or sell anything on the Internet without their assigned number.

India with more than one sixth of the world’s population has already assigned everyone a number linked to their own biometric identification. China with a fifth of the population also is in the process of identifying and tracking all of its people. Each person in China is being given a social credit score and if their score is low they will start reaping negative consequences as soon as this year.

We in the West do not openly have such tracking programs but we are being tracked in secret by our governments. Facebook, Google and Internet tracking cookies also track us and that data is given or sold to others. At the rate this is going the digital buy/sell system of the Beast Antichrist certainly could be worldwide by 2030.

By the way, leftists love China’s authoritarian system. This Marxist one party system is their model for world government. That is why leftist “progressive” politicians in the West have sold out to China. They believe China is the future and they think they might as well get rich during the transition. That is also why America runs nearly a half trillion dollar trade imbalance with China each year.

It is no coincidence that China is the model for leftist global government and that China persecutes true Christians. That happens because the Christian worldview is in direct opposition to the Marxist worldview. By 2030, any true Christians left in the world will have to go underground just like we now see happening in China.

By 2030, the sky will be filled with drones doing everything under the sun. You will order items on the Internet and drones will deliver your parcels the same day. I think everyone will have a drone pad near where they live or work. Many people will even travel using land and air drones.

Criminals, non conformists and other enemies of the state will be monitored, tracked and disabled or killed by drones. Police will police the cities using drones. Military will fight battles with drones. Drones as small as insects will be spying on people everywhere.

Because of fear, people allowed government to go down the mass surveillance and police state path. People are likely to live to regret that by 2030. Tyrannical government will prove to be a much greater threat than terrorists. I think by 2030 people will be living in a Orwellian world where everyone is tracked and their life rated. The government will have a digital file on everyone.

There will be a debt crash and paper currencies will become worthless in the 2020’s. Many will lose much of their wealth. After the crash the world will go digital using blockchain technology. Everything owned and of value in the world will be recorded on the encrypted blockchain and stored on memory banks spread all over the Internet. Blockchain technology will eliminate paper transactions along with contract middle-men.

Medicine and genetic engineering will make huge advances in the 2020’s. There also will be mistakes and I think we should expect at least one plague as a result. Even so, many diseases will be cured or prevented. Medical scientists will learn how to repair just about anything in the body using stem cells and nano robots. Spare parts and organs will be grown outside of the body using stems cells and 3D bio-printers. Infectious diseases and cancers will almost be eliminated through ways to enhance the immune system. By 2030, the rich will be seeking to increase their lifespan and they may even be cloned, but the end of the age will come for everyone anyway.

By 2030, energy will be available everywhere in abundance. Solar energy will become cheaper than gas and coal. Solar may be the source of a quarter of the earth’s energy by 2030. Food production will follow the Israeli model. Much of it will be grown in green houses using hydroponics.

Barring an all out nuclear world war or a major world plague the world population in 2030 will be about 8.5 billion people. Many of these people will not be able to find jobs because they will be replaced by AI and automation. There are a couple of ways the world could handle that. They can reduce working hours, they could give everyone a minimum income or they could seek to reduce the population. Knowing the plans of some globalists and the depravity of man, I think their first choice will be to reduce the population. Most elitists want far fewer people living on earth. Some only want a few hundred million. They think the humans that remain can achieve immortality and utopia by merging with AI and robots.

The progressive globalists have already begun trying to reduce world population through abortion and the breaking down of traditional families and sex roles. Some nations like China have forced sterilization programs. The population imbalances that come as result will next bring euthanasia of the elderly. After that, they will seek to get rid of undesirables. Bible believing Christians would be high on their list. The fifth seal of Revelation talks about such a purge of believers and I think this seal is opened prior to the last seven years for Israel and before 2030.

Europe will be in revolution in the 2020’s and America probably will not exist as a superpower past the 2020’s for any number of reasons. By 2030, those surviving the civil warfare in Europe will be looking for a savior figure again. This will bring the Beast Antichrist.

The world will change significantly by 2030. Humanity will see more changes in the next dozen years then it has seen since World War II. Some of the changes that will take place will be called human advances but other changes will display human depravity. Even so, Christians can always hope for the Rapture.

Also the scripture verse "two shall be in one bed, one taken, the other left" can only relate with the Pre-trib rapture. Because in the great Tribulation, there will be clear paradigm/hatred between people that take the mark and people who didn't. They can't be in one bed or working in a field. Because they can't even walk openly talkless of working together in a field.

Also the verse WATCH "People shall be eating and drinking verse" "that your hearts be not overcharged with enjoyments".

There will be no joy in the great Tribulation so this verse can only relate to the Pre-trib rapture.

That first verse is talking about the reaping of the harvest at the end of the age by the angels, when the Lord separates the sheep from the goat. I believe in the pretribulation rapture too

The OP is not talking about the Rapture. He's talking about the Second coming of Christ. Read it. Nobody knows the day of the rapture.

I am a believer in Christ Jesus, so i am always ready for His coming. So why are you still telling me to accept Christ now?

I have been writing articles on the Internet since 1999. Ever since I started this ministry I have said that the second coming of the Lord will most likely take place between 2030 and 2040 AD. The 25 world trends series that kicked off my website in 1999 points to that timing and it still does.

Over the last seventeen years, I have written over a thousand topical articles. I mention that because some people who find this blog are not aware of all the other articles. They can be found by doing a keyword search from the search box at the bottom of the website home page.

Back in 1999, saying that the second coming was as late as 2030-2040 was not well received by some Christians. Some of my regular readers still insist that it will occur sooner. Many thought the Rapture would have happened by now. They obviously were over-exuberant. Some are still expecting the tribulation to start before the end of this decade. I think that timing is premature. The tribulation events probably will start to play out in the 2020’s. Until then, the satanic world system remains on the eve of its destruction.

There is a lot of hype on the Internet about the Antichrist coming in the next couple of years but Bible prophecy should not be based on conjectures about full moons, opening portals, the return of Nibiru, Nimrod, the Nephilim, etc. Such conjecture can be interesting, but this stuff really tells us nothing about God’s timing. The second coming timing speculations of writers historically has been consistently wrong. The timing of end time events obtained from extra biblical writings, demons or even from Satan means little. The second coming of Jesus only occurs in God’s timing.

Hitler was a type of satanic Antichrist. He failed to turn out to be the Antichrist because the Church was not yet complete. Satan probably has always had a Son of Perdition in the wings but the timing of the opening of the Abyss for the Antichrist deception is God’s alone. I think the timing of God is best seen in the big picture.

If these world trends did not continue to support my 2030 to 2040 second coming conjecture, I would change my view. Everything still seems to moving along on schedule. I certainly see little reason to believe that the second coming will occur sooner. It also is difficult to see how it could occur later. The world is clearly on a path to self-destruction before 2040.

Keep in mind, that the Rapture will likely be 7 to 10 or more years sooner than the second coming. That means the Rapture will most likely occur in the 2020’s or in the few remaining years of this decade. Many who believe the tribulation will start during this decade are amillennial or post millennial. They do not believe in the pretribulation Rapture. That is why they either look for the Antichrist or else they have some form of Dominion Theology.

The end time signs are given for Israel. There need be no signs for the snatching away of the bride of Christ. Yet, the bride Church can know the general season of the Lord’s coming based on Israel and based on what the Bible says about conditions on earth prior to His return.

The Antichrist is not revealed until after the Church is removed, so it makes little sense to try to identify that person now. Since the 1980’s, every time there was a new American President, some claimed that this President would be the Antichrist. They consistently were wrong. And President elect Trump is not the last trump � or Antichrist either.

Back in the 20th century many religious people followed prognosticators like Nostradamus, Edgar Cayce and Jean Dixon. Nothing they said came true. They used forbidden occult means to obtain their false prophecy but many religious people believed what they said anyway. There also were false prophets in the Church that claimed spiritual gifts they did not have. They deceived many. Some deceived themselves. It is no better today – those with itching ears continue to follow people claiming to have received special revelation or some sort of hidden knowledge.

False teachers of Bible prophecy that were consistently wrong in the past are still being followed and promoted by Christians or they would not exist on the Christian media. Their livelihood is selling conjecture to those that find little purpose on earth for being here. They obviously make a good living at it.

The timing of the Lord’s coming for the Church is not known for darn good reason. Some want to believe differently for all the wrong reasons. I think if the Lord directly told the Church that God was delaying His coming until other people in the world come in, some Christians would rebuke Him. That in effect is what they are doing when they put the Lord in an Antichrist box of someone’s design that set the opening for 2017.

Like the bridesmaids in waiting, let us be astute but let’s not be foolish.
