as much as i know that poeple are being duped you and i still know that it still remains a small pecentage and if you trace very well you will find out the reasons.most pipl go online and visit unknown websites with numbers of foreigners,they call this pipl and send money to them.imagin you were that foreigner and you dont even know this person,you can decide to cheat the person if you want to.i will tell you why we are genuine;
we are nigerians,
we are in ukraine here and also in nigeria,
for Gods sake,we have a conscience
,and moreover our gain comes when you get your admission and arrive in ukraine not from your initial registration

this is a question that has been on my mind since i stepped into Ukraine.I kept asking myself,why dint i know of this place since, i hated myself for a long time, till i found out what the bible said about people suffering for lack of knowledge.
In case you did not know,the price of school fees in those glorified secondary schools called "private Universities" in nigeria is the same with schools in ukraine.
