So sorry about this. Try to find out the reason for your rejection. I got a rejection in 2019 from MUN. I emailed them giving them reasons why I felt I didn't deserve the rejection and they replied me with an acceptance letter.

I mailed them just as you advised and got a response about 5 minutes later stating that one of my reference came after deadline and they didn't receive the other.(I thought I will get notification of it, so that i can inform my referees).
they asked if i will like my application to be consider for fall 2022.

don't know what to do now!

Save yourself the time, resources and effort by applying to University of Regina for her Undergraduate degree. MUN will delay you and still decline your application.
