If exchange server database is corrupted due to Logical Corruption then use inbuilt Eseutil utility to fix exchange server database.

Use following command to effective and easily resolve logical files corruption issue.

Eseutil/D - ESEUTIL /d <database name> [options] - Performs off-line compaction of a database.
Eseutil/P - ESEUTIL /p <database name> [options] - Repairs a corrupted or damaged database
Eseutil/C - ESEUTIL /c[mode-modifier] <path name> [options] - Restore information and completion
Eseutil/R - ESEUTIL /r <3-character logfile base name> [options] - Performs recovery, bringing all databases to a clean-shutdown state
Eseutil/G - ESEUTIL /G database_filename.edb - Verifies the page level and Extensible Storage Engine (ESE) level
Eseutil/M - ESEUTIL /m mode-modifier file_name [options] - To view the header of database files and page headers
Eseutil/K - ESEUTIL /K "c:\program files\exchsrvr\mdbdata\pub1.stm" - Command line to checksum an ESE database, streaming database, transaction log, or checkpoint file.
Eseutil/Y - ESEUTIL /Y \\server1\d$\priv1.edb /D\\server2\d$\priv1.edb - copy the priv1.edb file from sever1 to server2
