Well it seems like Iran has the numerical advantage on land. That is if we do not factor in the fact that almost every one in Israel male or female is a trained soldier. 1,499,998 males, age 17–49 (2016),
1,392,319 females, age 17–49 (2016) as of 2016 this is the population of Jews fit for military service. But then even Iran has that although just for Men. Still Iran's population is 10 times more than Israel. So yeah Iran has the pure numerical advantage.

Although the quality of their equipment is better than the Iranians it isn't enough to compensate for the numerical advantage Iran has.

Iran should have a high chance of winning this war If only they were much closer to Israel. A ground invasion by any of this side is suicidal.
So all those won't decide who wins the war with Israel. This battle will be won in the Air.
It's a fact that the Jews have one of the most efficient Air Force in the world and Iran has more antiques than jets in it's Air arsenal. It's old jets won't last against Israel's modern jets. Iran is going to rely on its huge drone and missles arsenal. It may try to overwhelm israel air defense systems it has tried before April of this year and recently and it wasn't successful. Iran air defense system is poor it doesn't stand a chance against Israel battle tested air fleets.
So in the air israel triumphs.
Iran did the right thing in investing in proxies and that would have truly aided them in a war with Israel. But right now israel has rendered Hamas useless and if they succeed in pushing Hezbollah beyond the litani River then it be an advantage for the Jews.

The deciding factor in this war will be allies and Israel have powerful allies that are willing to stick it's neck out for it.
Iran on the other hand has cautious allies that may assist Iran but not on the scale israel allies may assist them.
In my opinion israel wins an all out war with Iran.
