And no, the Holy Spirit is never with you when you are tempted and fall for sin until you pick yourself up, realize your iniquity and ask for forgiveness. Then you are revived and the Spirit of God dwells within the believer again...

Ok. we have seen the problems on ground.how do u plan to salvage the situation.are u going to borrow to fund the infrastructural devt or jus tel us how u plan to salvage the situation.cos we know our country don't have cash for such projects to make it look like USA .we can only try our best that's if the politicians don't feed fat on the little available resources/cash at the expense of infrastructure.I once checked USA defense budget.lo and behold I saw a whooping $600billion jus for a year o on defense .that like our 30yrs whole budget.we have a long way to go in this continent.
That's why they keep promising and when they get there , they jus have to face the reality.

I have witnessed this firsthand. When my brother bought his Celtel simcard back then.
We accidentally found out we could send unlimited text messages and not get charged; as against calls.
My brother became the "text-message sender" for the whole community and it went on for months.
Until somebody like this, bought a Celtel sim too, sent a text message and got charged
then called Celtel and gave out my brother's number lol.
That was the end. He later confessed to it . . .
I always laugh whenever I remember.
