My advise is that government job is far better. In government job there is promotion and increase in salary. In government job there is retirement benefit after 35years. In government job there is job security. Do not look at the money now look at what you will benefit over the years.government can't just sack you but private can wake up and say population in school has reduce so their for the will reduce the workforce and you can be one of those that will be sacked.pressure from private school too much.
