What I would say is then get a White plastic bottle of Selsun Shampoo and rub the cream on the affected area. Do not wash it off but let it enter the skin. Do it for one week and see if there is any difference. Sorry but I cannot find the particular bottle I used it was a white plastic Selsun Shampoo bottle..... I have the exact bottle I used somewhere in my house and will look more for it to show you what I used. The fact that it is on the two hands at the same location means it's more of a skin problem than an infection.

If it's on both arms around the exact location on both arms it is most likely not an infection but a skin related problem likely due to lack of moisture under the skin.
