Confirmed source the 57k is the total salary,no other allowances of any kind and it'll also be taxed but theres an intervention of your gross salary every 3months additional.The salary review talk has been on for years no be today.

Don't know how NIMC operates.Those talking about lack of funds have a point but this process started almost a year ago and the new intake must have been factored into the current 2013 budget.For me something else other than lack of funds may be responsible
