The Church that Christ built witnessed a division in 451 AD in the Chalcedon Council. The Church split into the The Oriental Orthodox Churches and the Western Churches. The Oriental Orthodox Churches continued in the ways of the Early Church while the Western Church split again in 1054 AD into the Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Churches.

If you are looking for the Church that Christ built, you will have to look for the Oriental Orthodox Churches. Every other church today, including the Catholic Church, are man-made.
