We are now open!!! :-)) Dear members, The holidays are over, and we''re now open. Just as promised. (You might have already noticed that we always stick to our promises. :-)) Actually, we promised to be open on January 14, but we''re open now, January 13, as you can see, which is a day earlier. (Well, I hope, the members of the System will forgive us for that. :-)) It''s related to the hysteria raised by the authorities and the mass media around MMM. By joining forces, they''ve managed to nearly give the members of the System a heart attack and have frightened them out of their wits. Poor souls don''t know what to expect. Will we open again or not? :-)) This is why we''ve decided, considering the situation, to reach out to the members, reassure and cheer them up by opening a little earlier. After all, Together We Can Change The World! :-)) Here we go. 1. As of this notice, MMM resumes its usual operation. You can now create your GH-requests. 2. However, it''s obvious that panic will reign in the first few days after the re-opening of the System. We’re likely to be deluged by GH-requests. Therefore, we''re going to make gradual paybacks by setting internal output limits. In other words, we will only pay a certain amount per day. Please, be prepared to wait for a couple of days. We are certain things will then calm down, and the System operation will return to normal. We''re the ones setting the limits, so it''s completely under our control, and we are not expecting any emergencies in principle. Have no fear and go on about your business as usual. :-)) As the System is socially oriented, we will make paybacks to the poor and the economically disadvantaged in the first place: it means to the members with small PH amounts. The richer can wait. Moreover, we''ve warned you repeatedly to only provide help with amounts that are not critical for you. Therefore, if these large amounts are not critical for them (the richer), they can wait a few days. No need to be tragic about it. :-)) This is the way it''s going to be. Hoping for your kind understanding, Sergey Mavrodi. We Change The World! P. S. I''d like again to call on the authorities and the mass media: Please, leave us alone! Have mercy on people. – Popular Nigerian singer Simi revealed her true relationship with Falz – Simi further added that she does not mind dating Falz Simi and Falz In recent times, a lot has been said about the hidden relationship between Nigerian music sensation Simi and colleague and comic actor, Falz The Bahd Guyz. Since the pair have been working together on several projects which include different studio sessions, music videos and shooting magazine covers together, so many people have been passing all sorts of comments about the pair saying, they should get married not minding the face that Simi is allegedly in an sizzling romance with Adekunle Gold. In an interview with HipTv, Simisola Ogunleye disclosed that she is not in any relationship with Falz aside when work is involved. She said: “I don’t mind dating Falz, he’s a human being. When I say we have not thought about it because why would you be thinking about something that is not in the books. Falz is my friend and that is all there is to it. However, in an earlier interview Falz also denied having any romance with Simi adding that, the Jamb Question is in a relationship but not with him. He revealed that: “Simi and I is just music. It’s musical chemistry, we get along so well,” he said, adding, “There’s no triangle. She does have a boyfriend and it is not me. https://dailypost.ng/dailystar/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/12328070_488394604618587_200057784_n.jpg Blogger, Linda Ikeji, has explained how the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Oweseni was able to resolve the crisis between her and singer, Wizkid. Linda, in a statement released on her self-titled blog, claimed that Wizkid and his manager have been begging her to withdraw the case from the police. Though this claim is yet to be confirmed, the blogger added that she would continue to use her blog to celebrate the young star. She wrote, “So, I am going to write about this Wizkid matter for the very last time. Anything else after this will no longer concern me. So Wizkid and I met with the Commissioner of Police today and when the Commissioner asked me what I wanted them to do with the case… I told him that I wanted peace. And the reason why I insisted on peace and not to drag the matter further i.e go to court, is because Wizkid and his lawyers have been apologizing since Friday, up until today! “I spoke with Wizkid through his lawyer on Friday April 15th where he tendered an apology to me and said he wasn’t a violent person, that he didn’t mean what he said, that it was just an emotional outburst. And then he asked for forgiveness. “But despite forgiving him, he still had to show up at the Police HQ to officially apologize and write an undertaking, which he did today. “I see a lot of negativity has come out of this case with Wizkid – with many folks bashing me for reporting a threat on my person. But here’s my consolation and why I am glad this happened. “I promise you, especially the ladies, Wizkid will never threaten you with harm again. At least not in public. I believe I am the last bus stop. He will think twice before threatening another human being again on social media. A police file has been opened for him, and he has been cautioned. The day he threatens another human being again with harm, then… “Having said that, I turned down taking a photo with him and the police commissioner this afternoon. One of his people took a pic of him and the commissioner with me in it and my people insisted they delete it. Not because I haven’t forgiven him, I just don’t need the extra drama. “I wish Wizkid all the best and will continue to celebrate him.” Source: http://www.naijakoko.com/2016/04/ive-forgiven-wizkid-he-will-never.html |

https://i.ndtvimg.com/i/2016-02/zika_650x400_51455159934.jpg Chicago:U.S. scientists have identified a genetically modified strain of mice that develop Zika, an important tool needed for testing vaccines and medicines to treat the virus that is rapidly spreading across the Americas and the Caribbean. Early tests on the mice show the virus growing in the testes, offering clues about how a virus typically spread by mosquito bites can be transmitted sexually. "We are going to do experiments to see if we can produce sexual transmission" in these mice, said Scott Weaver, a virologist at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston who worked on the study published on Monday in the American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. Weaver said the Zika mouse model will provide a critical tool to allow companies and scientists to test vaccines and antiviral drugs against Zika, which has been linked with thousands of cases of microcephaly, a rare birth defect marked by unusually small head size and possible developmental problems. Zika has not been proven to cause microcephaly, but strong evidence connecting Zika infections with microcephaly cases in Brazil prompted the World Health Organization to declare Zika a global health emergency on Feb. 1. Normally, creating this kind of mouse model would take several months. But the urgency of the Zika outbreak called for rapid response, and the team put together the results in just three weeks, said Shannan Rossi, a UTMB virologist who led the study. Normally, mice do not become sick from a Zika infection. The team tested the virus on several genetically altered mice that had weakened immune systems. The young mice quickly succumbed to the virus, becoming lethargic, losing weight and typically dying six days later. Testing on the mice showed virus particles in many major organs, including high concentrations in the spleen, brain and testes. While Weaver says there are limits to what mouse models can tell about human infections, they may at least provide some early clues that could be followed up in non-human primates, a more costly animal model that is a better predictor of human disease. "The mouse will mainly be used to do the very earliest testing of vaccines or drugs where the mechanism of disease doesn't have to be a perfect model to what happens in humans," Weaver said. Brazil has confirmed more than 900 microcephaly cases and considers most related to Zika infections in the mothers. It is investigating nearly 4,300 additional suspected cases of microcephaly. https://www.informationng.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/TOKE-MAKINWA-300x300.jpg Famous socialite, Toke Makinwa has finally spoken up about her failed marriage to estranged husband Maje Ayida. She went online yesterday to introduce her next Vlog Before You Say I Do and she thought it wise to address the issue of her failed marriage. “I won’t lie since my personal life suffered a public setback last year, talking about relationships left me feeling a type of way, kind of like I failed at mine so who am I to talk?” Makinwa said. The 31-year-old’s marriage crumbled last year after Ayida cheated on her and also put his mistress in the family way. On her birthday last year, Ayida sent her a loving note which she responded to, and next, they turned heads at the Future Awards event. There were previous speculations that she made peace with Ayida, but the OAP set the records straight in early March. “I am single,” she wrote, driving the point home about her status. Now, she says she it getting stronger and bold enough to dish relationship advice. “I am getting comfortable again in my own growth and I am learning as I go so we can all learn together,” the OAP said, adding, “We are the sum of our experiences so i am no longer ashamed, I have been given a platform and it’s my duty to share.” source: http://www.naijakoko.com/2016/03/toke-makinwa-on-her-failed-marriage-am.html |

According to a source, the "Hello" hitmaker has only just returned from a three-year hiatus but is keen to step away from the limelight yet again once her world tour wraps up later this year because she wants to spend time with her three-year-old son Angelo, reports naijakoko.com " She has told her closest pals she will step away from the limelight for five years before she next brings out an album. She's still very new to motherhood and doesn't want to miss out on Angelo growing up. It will be a hard thing for fans to hear," The Sun newspaper quoted a source as saying. In the interview, Kiss Daniel, whose real name is AnidugbeOluwatobiloba Daniel, had been referred to as “the 21-year old singer.” Kiss Daniel Unveils Debut Album Art – New Era This had struck up controversy on social media, with fans saying it was impossible for the Laye singer to be 21 years old. This was because Kiss Daniel graduated from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta three years ago, after studying a 5-year course. That would make him 13 years old at the time of admission, which seemed almost improbable. However, the singer’s Wikipedia page now shows his correct age, 28. https://www.360nobs.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Fullscreen-capture-25032016-075843-PM.jpg Kiss Daniel’s Real Age Revealed In other less controversial news, Daniel will be releasing his debut album, New Era, soon. https://thenationonlineng.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Mrs.-Ebelechukwu-Obiano.jpg The wife of Anambra governor, Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano, has described a baby abandoned at a refuse dump and later rescued on March 22 as a perfect Easter gift to the state. The day-old baby, who has been named “Baby Moses”, was discovered at Nibo in Awka South local government area of the state. He was the third abandoned baby rescued under the two-year old administration of Governor Willie Obiano. Obiano said this during a visit to ascertain the health status of “Baby Moses’’ at the Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital (COOUTH), Amaku, Awka, on Friday. The governor’s wife assured that she would take full responsibility for the care and upkeep of the baby like the previous ones through her NGO, Caring Family Enhancement Initiative (CAFE). “As the mother of six million Anambra citizens, it is my responsibility to care and nurture the baby who may eventually turn-out to be governor of the state in future,’’ she said. On what may have induced a mother to abandon her child, she said that no one knew. “Nobody knows the reason why the mother of this child abandoned him, but on one hand I condemn the act of abandoning the baby while on the other hand I commend her for wrapping the baby well and ensuring that he did not suffocate. “Perhaps, she heeded my previous plea for mothers with unwanted babies to keep them where they can be seen and taken care of. “They can drop them near governor’s lodge, fire station or a hospital,’’ she said. Obiano said that she was happy that the baby was healthy and well-taken care of by the teaching hospital. She praised the professionalism of the doctors, nurses and management for sparing no effort and material in their response to ensure the survival of the baby. Also in the spirit of Easter, Obiano said that she was ready to ensure that “Baby Moses’’ and every other baby grow up healthy. She urged Anambra women to imbibe the biblical injunction to “love your neighbour as yourself”, and “be our brothers and sisters keepers’’. “Always look out to help those in need around us especially in the present harsh economic condition of the country,’’ she said. Earlier, the Chief Medical Director of the hospital, Dr Lawrence Ikeakor, said that they received “Baby Moses’’ in critical condition but thanked God that he was responding to treatment. He said that the baby, who weighs 1.25 kilogram, would remain in the incubator for two weeks when they expect that the weight would improve to 1.8kg. Ikeakor commended the wife of the governor for her caring nature and visit to the hospital, as well as the state government for providing the equipment necessary for treatment of such cases. “The equipment is assisting us in the effective discharge of our duties,” he said. https://thenationonlineng.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/mtn-ceo.jpg Visafone workers inherited by MTN as a result of the acquisition of the code division multiple access (CDMA) operator are to be retrained so they have the requisite skills for engaging the new 4G or long term evolution (LTE) technology. Sector analysts say the acquisition is expected to provide the MTN a robust voice and data platform of Visafone and cater for booming internet population of the country. It was gathered that selected workers of Visafone are likely to commence the retraining immediately ahead of the launch of the new data service. MTN Executive, Ms. Amina Oyagbola, said the acquisition which seeks to leverage resources for service enhancement is also reflective of the telco’s concerted efforts to deepen the growth and roll out of broadband services across the country currently under 10 per cent to the targeted 30 per cent by 2018 of the National Broadband Plan (NBP) of the Federal Government. It will also help to realise other targets of the plan. Oyagbola said: “We are committed to exploring avenues for meeting our customers’ increasing data needs in line with our vision ‘to lead the delivery of a bold new digital world to our customers’. As we work to maximise our data capabilities towards achieving broadband of international quality, our objective is to ensure that Nigerians experience a boost in the quality of broadband internet services translating to the much needed enhanced data speeds and value to enhance personal and business productivity. “The acquisition of Visafone highlights MTN’s commitment to Nigeria. More capacity will facilitate enhanced product/service offerings and experience in the data space to the delight of our valued customers. Voice is still King. However, data is becoming increasingly important in our everyday lives and our energies are focused on enhancing data and internet services to the benefit of our customers and the country at large.” The 4G LTE technology is particularly good for the country and economy because it will create conducive platform for enhanced product/service innovation which will ultimately lead to the creation of new jobs, the analysts added. Telecoms industry watchers have commended the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) for the hitch-free merger, adding that such should be encouraged. “This initiative is widely applauded as a major telecom industry landmark deal,” one of the analysts said. With the acquisition deal sealed, MTN is now expected to massively and aggressively leverage the CDMA pedigree of Visafone to roll out premium products that will usher in very good business opportunity for the carrier and Nigerians. This is expected to ensure a high quality data services and improve mobile broadband experience for subscribers of Visafone and MTN. The acquisition, they say, is expected to provide the much-needed relief to the booming internet economy by making available quality mobile broadband services through the deployment of state of the art 4G LTE technologies during the year. With about 150 million mobile subscribers and about 97 million internet users, Nigeria ranks among the fastest growing countries in terms of mobile subscribers and internet penetration. However, majority of the 97 million internet users today are experiencing narrow band internet at 2G/3G speeds which is particularly frustrating.
