Was it different from the first interview questions, and was it with the HR or Managers?

only done one, my second one is tomorrow. The one I did wasn't really that too techniccal, just had to run them through my daily routine at my current work place and they asked some questions with respect to the things I said.

I was able to get through to someone from HCP that called me earlier of which I missed the call. She said that based on clients request, skills test for maintenance and operations technician is taking place only in Uyo. Still trying to figure out how to make that journey.

I just did.. this is for the next phase which is the skill based test.
So maybe more people will be getting the mails/calls soon.
NB: what i got was a call, they asked what location will be preferrable for me for the skill based test.

Two of them interviewed me too, they are not much of technical people, they ask only safety related questions. Ask about your current role and ask some safety questions from what you tell them.

Doubt if the end is any where close cause I just saw they dropped vacancy for shift electrical Technician yesterday. Might be different from ours a bit cause I saw Global visa relocation specifications but the primary location is Lagos.

Download Skype for business on playstore. Clink on the join meeting link on the email they sent you and it will redirect you to the app where you join as a guest.

Just finished my interview, wasn't so intense just many safety related questions as those guys weren't much of technical people. Asked Seun when I should be expecting to hear from them,
she said hopefully before the end of week.

Woke up to a mail that dropped at 1am inviting me for a final interview on 6th of July. Apart from the HR person the two other technical people copied in the mail are foreigners, a South African and an Israeli. Kind of tensed but God will see me through.

PM me, I will hand over someone that has handled a similar role Electrical maintenance technician in the same company to give you one or two information that might help. He is no more with them, but might have some useful information that you can possibly relate with. you are really blessed to have over 1 month to prepare. If i were you, i will do mad exploration.


You might need to know a lot about vfd, powerflex drive, kinetic drive, PLC, I/O modules, Using CTsoft software for troubleshooting, etc. I believe you have an experience they are very interested in. No need to panic. If you show proficiency, even if you do not know all but know the key ones, they will still take you and then train you. They have a good training culture. Just be confident. All the best.

Pls make sure you prepare extensively. Those guys ain't joking with the final interview. Expect ablot of technical questions.

Did my virtual job tryout last week, got a call today for a Skype interview tomorrow. Really wish I can get in touch with anyone that have gone through the Skype interview.
