I wrote their test last year october and i was given my result immediately after the test.I score 94% and uptill now am still waiting for them to call me.
I advice that you look somewhere else as you expected their call as it might not be soon.

CFA-means Chartered Financial Analyst

Well i will refer all to www.cfainstitute.org.
But before going there let me give you an insight of the programme.
CFA is the only and best global investment professional exams in the world.Its a US Exams that cut across all accounting standards,major stock exchange market of the world and different rating organisation in the finance industry.
As at today CFA Holders are the highest paid finance professionals in the world,mostly employed by citi group and JP morgan Chase
It is a three stage exams that offer no exemption to any holder of any professional certificate in the world.
It is basically meant for investment professionals and financial analyst.
Level one has 10 courses and you must attain a pass mark of 50% in each of the courses.failure in a course means a retake of all even if you earlier pass it.---Level one focus on understanding of basic investment principles.
The courses here are;
Financial statement Analysis
Derivatives
Alternative Investment
Economics
Quantitative Analysis
equity
Portfolio Mgt
Ethics
Corporate finance and
Fixed income.
These topics will be tested in obj format with 240 questions within 6 hours(3hours for each session).
Level 2;Also have 10 subjects in all.The question is in form of short case studies with 120 questions in all within 6hours.Its all about application of investment tools already learnt in level one.So it requires a good understanding of what was learnt in level one.
Level 3 is combination of shortcase study and theory.Its also 120 questions in all.
A pass is required in all the subject for each level.
No score is usually given;is just a matter of pass or fail.
The exam fee varies depending on the time of the year you are registering or making payment.
But you pay most in level one because you are paying for registration and exams.
But for other levels its less cos you are paying for exams only.
Fee ranges from 955 dollars to 1435 dollars for level one
while for level 2 and three it ranges from 690dollars to 800dollars.
The curriculum will be sent to you within 2weeks of payment to your address.
But there is CFA tution house in the united states for the exams.They have materials which is just like a summary of CFA curriculum because CFA curriculum is too big and it wont be that easy for a working class to easily scale through.Though the material are a bit expensive(1800dollars).
The exams is done twice a year for level one and once a year for level 2 and 3.
The closest place to write the exams is Ghana as there is no center in Nigeria.But level one dec exams is not done in ghana,the closest place is dubai.
