Lagos State Government took over my schools for 39yrs and have not
returned them even after they have promised doing so, am pleading and
seeking the help of the President, the Governor and well meaning
Nigerians to help me get back my schools. This struggle has made me a
widow, am 91yrs old, do they want me to die and retain my only
possession in life?

I have been in the computer world 4 more than 10yrs n am sorry 2 say that i dont get the magic u r trying 2 create.
Linking Cafes is not a problem but the problem is what is the benefit?, u have not fully explained the catch in all these, u have 2 b explicit like the card sales whats the benefit any cafe can buy and sell what will the link do as par card sales, pls explain more on this ur idea pls.

when u backup u can then scan ur backup if ur AV is up2date u can remove the virus u cannot do anything now cos the effect has taken place. Backup in a separate harddisk or flash or maybe anoda partition.

when it affects a system d best u can do is 2 reformat cos u will not b able to do anything meaningful even if u have an antivirus so reinstall your operating system.

Ur best bet is 2 reformat ur Operating system but make sure u backup first.
