please i am in need of your advice for the documents i will need to apply for a Turkish visa and if i can if i can apply for a one year visa as a freah applicant to the country's embassy and i need your advice if i can apply for a working permit on my first time of applying?

please can i apply for a schengen visa with my passport that has 3 refusals from the uk,please may i know what are the requirements are and what my chances are with that refusal stamps?

so please what do you suggest i do the next time round,
as i will be applying again next year?

i didn't do that because i had the idea that they would based their decission on the amount in my account, if i stated and i will be refused.

please i need your advice if i can apply early next year in February 2013,with the same person sending me an invitation as he did for my last last application which was also refused just last month and also if i can add up my marriage certificate as i didn't added that up in my last application to prove that i have a family ties in my country and also i have a son if i can state that in my next application.

CAN APPLY NEXT YEAR AS EARLY AS FEBRUARY 2013,WITH ANOTHER INVITATION FROM THE FAMILY FRIEND THAT SENT TO INVITATION I USED IN APPLYING FOR THE LAST APPLICATION THAT WAS REFUSED JUST LAST MONTH.SO I WANT YOUR ADVICE IF IT IS ADVISABLE TO APPLY THAT EARLY WITH THE SAME PERSON INVITING ME ONCE AGAIN AND ALSO CAN ADD UP MY MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE TO PROVE I HAVE STRONGER FAMILY TIES IN GHANA AS I REFUSE TO SHOW THAT IN MY PREVIOUS APPLICATION?

ALL MY DOCUMENTS WERE NOT FAKE IN MY PREVIOUS AND CURRENT REFUSED APPLICATION,SO COULD IT BE THAT I AM UNDER A BAND AS I HAVE BEEN REFUSE FOR THE THIRD TIME?

hello, i applied for visitors visa to the uk for 3weeks in which and invitation letter,bills and back statement was sent by a family friend who is a british and i supported with a letter from my employer, a copy of my bank statement with an amount 6,000gh,payslip,copy of my building plan and letter from my lawyers stating that my salary doesn't pass through the statment given and also the application i am making is independent , as i have been refused twice and the decision were made on the bases that i don't have much fund in my accounts and also i don't not have stronger family ties,but i was still refused just last month on that bases that the entry clearance officer stated that"YOU HAVE STATED THAT YOUR EMPLOYED AS THE GM FOR PEACE SEEKERS INTERNATIONAL WITH A MONTHLY INCOME OF 1,500GHS(500POUNDS AT THE CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE 1POUND=3GHS).OF THIS AMOUNT 500GH IS SPENT ON LIVING COST,LEAVING YOU A MONTHLY DISPOSAL INCOME OF 1,000GHS(333POUNDS).YOU STATED THAT YOU ARE MEETING THE COST OF THIS VISIT TO THE UNITED KINGDOM PERSONALLY AND HAVE 1,000POUNDS AVAILABLE TO YOU FOR THIS.AS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ABILITY TO MEET THESE COSTS YOU HAVE PRODUCED A STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT FROM THE AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BANK WITH AN OPENING BALANCE OF 1,989(663 POUNDS) AND A CLOSING BALANCE OF 6,166GHS(2,055POUNDS).THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF YOUR SALARY PAYMENTS INTO THIS ACCOUNT OVER THE PERIOD AND ALL PAYMENT ARE IN CASH DEPOSITS.YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED SATIFACTORY EVIDENCE OF INCOME,SAVINGS AND YOUR PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES IN GHANA.I HAVE ALSO NOTED THAT YOU HAVE NOT INDICATED ANYONE BEING RELIANT ON YOU.IN VIEW OF THIS,I CONSIDER THAT YOU HAVE FAIL TO DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU HAVE ANY YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT TIES TO GHANA AND GIVEN YOUR PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, I AM NOT SAATIFIED THAT YOUR GENUINELY SEEKING ENTRY AS A VISITOR OR THAT INTEND TO LEAVE THE UK AT THE END OF THE PERIOD OF THE VISIT.I AM THERE FOR SATISFIED THAT YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENT OF PARAGRAPH 41(I) AND THE (II) OF THE UK IMM. RULES HC395(AMENDED).YOU STATED THAT THE COST OF YOUR TRIP WILL BE MET BY YOU HOST AND HAVE PRODUCED THE DOCUMENTS TO SHOW THAT SHE IS BOTH WILL AND ABLE TO MEET THE COST OF THIS.YOU STATED THAT THE COST OF YOUR TRAVEL WILL BE BORNE BY YOURSELF HAVE SUBMITTED EVIDENCE OF HOW THE TRIP WILL BE FINANCED IN THE FORM OF A BANK STATEMENT.HOWEVER AS NOTED ABOVE THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF YOUR CLAIM INCOME EITHER IN THE FORM OF SALARY PAYMENT INTO THE BANK ACCOUNT,AND THE BALANCE COMES FROM CASH DEPOSITS.ON THE BASIS OF THE DOCUMENTS YOU HAVE SUBMITTED I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO MEET THE COST OF YOUR TRIP.I AM THEREFORE NOT SATISFIED THAT YOU CAN MEET THE COST OF YOUR ONWARD OR RETURN JOURNEY WITHOUT RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUNDS ASA REQUIRED BY PARAGRAPH 41(VI) OF THE IMM.RULES HC395(AS AMENDED).I HAVE THEREFORE REFUSED YOUR APPLICATION BECAUSE I AM NOT SATISFIED, ON THE BALANCE OF PROBABILITY THAT YOU MEET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE RELEVANT PARAGRAPH OF THE UK IMM. RULES.YOUR RIGHT OF APPEAL IS LIMITED TO THE GROUNDS REFERRED TO IN THE SECTION 84(1)(c) OF THE NATIONAL IMM. AND ASYLUM ACT 2002(www.legislation.gov.uk).i want the idea of this house if i can appeal or have to reapply early next year, what are my chances and what should i present next time
