I've been to all the countries listed above. I agree with Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico and Sweden. Switzerland? Coughs" I don't wanna sound like a racist that I'm not" I wonder why Colombia is not on the list, I have been to a lot of cities in colombia including some islands down there called Haq/nuqui"hope I got it right" there you will find the happiest people on planet. Surrounded by ocean, they life mostly on fresh fish and plantain oh and beer . The friendliest people alive.
