VO, Morning/afternoon/evening, we have a cr1 case right now but our 2yr anniversary is tomorrow 15th, my wife's interview is next week Thursday 20th, how do u suggest we go about changing it to ir1 ? |
VO, Thanks for all your help so far, we(my wife) finally have an appointment date from NVC for Aug 20th at the Lagos consulate. Our 2nd year marriage anniversary is on Aug 15th, so by the interview date we will be beyond 2 yrs of marriage. what do we need to do to change our case from CR1 to IR1 ? The interview date was schedule today so im pretty sure the case file is yet to arrive at the consulate. Here is our case # for reference(LGS2015579046). I do appreciate all that you do. |
VO, Afternoon, we have our CR 1 case completed at NVC yesterday 04/26/2015, do you think we might get a july interview date ?, i believe you said june is all filled Up. |
Question for Visa Officer My petition i-130 for my wife was approved for my wife, the case was transferred to the NVC for visa processing on March 9th. I am a US citizen, how long do you expect this process to take before she goes for interview at the consulate in lagos ?, we have a a 2 year old son together as well, i completed his registered abroad birth, he has his US passport but still in Nigeria with his mum, they will be travelling together once his mum receive her visa. i have a general idea about all the documents that will need to be submitted by her to the NVC and ultimately for her consulate interview as well. Is there anything I can do now to help speed up the process, like having her complete the medical now/ get the police clearance ready now. Also, i saw copies of forms that will be sent to my wife(beneficiary) from the NVC, one of the questions on that form was asking us to list the child/children that will be migrating with her, I am a little bit unsure of how to answer that question, our son has his American passport already so his situation is not attached at all with my wife's petition. Yes, Physically he will be accompaning his mum to the US |

3cycle: He is not a babyThere u have it then, acknowledge his concern like a grown up, make adjustment if it's possible, if not, let him know why u can't. If he still need some "petting", buy him a toy |
To what end is d kneeling ? Shouldn't d acknowledge of guilt and subsequent sincere apology suffice ? |
Buy him a toy |
Carry my ring waka go...... Shit happens |
I tell my partner, "do whatever you want, do it in moderation, apply common sense...... I trust your judegement until you give me a reason to question it", |
the wife is not a kid, shouldnt be treated as such. she should have a sense of timing anyways and apply it. shouldn't get to that extreme myspnigeria: Is it right for a husband to give his wife a specific time she must return home every time she goes out? For instance, a husband tells his wife no matter where goes, she must return home at a certain time or there will be problems. Is it right for a man to do that? And should women tolerate that? |
