Why didn’t Fubara camp decided to shop for injunctions in state high court that lacked jurisdiction and not pursue their case in the federal high court despite having a SAN as his attorney general?

Look at it from this angle, Did they decamp according to the law because in this case, there’s no proof they are Apc members in the face of the law and pdp is still saying they are it’s members.

Nobody is stopping you. However, Lagos was capital for 70yrs, built by all Nigerian resources so belongs to everyone equally. Same goes for Abuja

Making Lagos island just about 4 local government areas the capital is just a privilege because all states can't be the federal capital at the same time.However, the same way the federal government spent money on infrastructures in Lagos state is the same way they spent in infrastructures in other states.
You can fact check me and list any state that has no federal government investment.
