The SE is pushing for a state to balance the political equation of a regions however, they have the population to back that request.

Personally, I'd like restructuring with 100% resource control that way it doesn't matter if you decide to create states because you'll fund yourself

I'm in support of resource control and a weak center..Since resource control is the best,Why is it that it's only SW and SS leaders that have been clamouring for resource control...No notable leader from SE whether dead or alive have ever clamoured for it.

Don't let us deceive ourselves...There are equally good schools in that area that will give your children western culture exposure like Imagination school, Lillywhite etc ...No Nigerian parent will choose an Indian school over schools that will give them western education..What will a Nigerian parent or the child gain from these?

Its based on population, not landmass. If Borno is 1million people and Imo is 10million for instance, you'll divide Borno to two state? Where is the wisdom in that?

Mind you some countries in Europe are smaller than Imo State alone

If it's based on population, will it make sense dividing Lagos state into 5 states because Lagos population alone is almost the population of the 5 eastern states...

I know the Lagos Indian Language School at Ilupeju where Indians send their kids. There is a reason it is called INDIAN LANGUAGE SCHOOL and not Indian School because the kids are taught in Indian language.

It's not everything we should complain about and run to social media without doing any credible research. All this because data is so cheap these days, smh

.I know the school too.Ilupeju has been Indians fortress for decades..They even have 2 shrines there...Indians are conservative and they find it difficult to interact with other cultures..You can't see an Indian wife working in Nigeria.Most of the students in that school will not further their education in Nigeria...They will go to India for their tertiary education...

Its possible the case drags for long if he has good lawyers and spend..Either way, the government will achieve it's aim to use him as a deterrent.
