I couldn't take the risk because of the present situation then, and there was no movement and the instruction given then was nobody should come out. stay at home and stay safe..

Yes it was the same Visa B1/B2

1st travel was 3weeks
2md was 3weeks
3rd was 5weeks w(traveled with my family)
4rd was 9months overstayed due to the Lockdown (I travelled alone)

Because, I was trying to stay safe. I wouldn't want to take that risk because of the present situation then.

Due to Last year Lockdown, I overstayed in the US uptill 9months. form February 18th 2020 to November 20th 2020

I traveled to US on the 18/02/2020 and was suppose to return back to Lagos, Nigeria 31st of March 2020, due to the Airport closure that started 20/03/2020 in Nigeria my flight was cancelled. but i quickly filed for an Extension in the US and i have been issued with a receipt by the USCIS FORM I-797C (Notice of Action for Extension).

This would by my 4th time Visit in the US, I have never overstayed my visit except this very last one as mentioned above that was
caused by the global Covid 19 Pandemic lockdown and ENDSARS protest in Nigeria.

Now I'm about to renew my B1/B2 Visa again, i hope i'm good to go?.

@suxes2005, the point thing is that, our judges should try to always give a condition that would not involve money atall cos those criminals r ready to pay off whatever the judges say they pay. For instancance, if they catch anybody again, they should try and investigate all the asset the criminal has acquired, it cud be houses, cars.even what he or she has in bank account, when government takes all these from the criminal and also ask him or her to go and serve in the prison for 1 year, i think that wud help the matter.

Hmmmmm, he should start praying cos it is only God that will see him trough this matter and if he eventually succeed and be released i strongly believe he will learn his leason and not go back to it again,

Hmmm, well as 4 me, i have no reason to pity the young man, the only pple i would pity is his family cos he has dragged the name of the family in the flood, that wud serve as a leason to others.
