Key Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Assistance:

Liaise with the senior management, departmental and corporate officials on behalf of the Executive.
Participate in projects and meetings as may be assigned by the Executive
Assess and recommend various courses of action based on meetings decisions and follow-up on behalf of the Executive.
Conduct research and gather data/conduct analysis on diverse business issues from reports, speeches, and correspondences to resolve problems and/or discrepancies.

Travel and Logistics

Make necessary travel arrangements in a timely manner by liaising with the relevant departments (i.e. ticket booking, hotel reservations, hotel pick-up where necessary, per diem/outstation payment etc.). Ensure early retirement of Executive’s expenses upon return from trips
Office Administration

Manage influx of external and internal visitors into the office, as well as outgoing and incoming documents between the Executive’s office and other business units.
Document Preparation and Filing

Maintain an effective and comprehensive manual filing system and tracking template for the Executive’s correspondence while ensuring a high level of confidentiality at all times. Type, edit and proofread letters, memos and other documents as requested.
