Office Administration

Manage influx of external and internal visitors into the office, as well as outgoing and incoming documents between the Executive’s office and other business units.
Document Preparation and Filing

Maintain an effective and comprehensive manual filing system and tracking template for the Executive’s correspondence while ensuring a high level of confidentiality at all times. Type, edit and proofread letters, memos and other documents as requested.
