Major7:I am not sorry to disappoint you that I am a Christian. Now to answer you directly, I am not against you supporting someone outside south west. Far from it. What caught my attention is when you called yourself an obedient without knowing what that means. Now let me school you a bit. Being obedient mean you do the following: 1. You take advice and get ideas from mad men like obi did. 2. You are not principled like obi. A principled and ideological man will not jump from party to party. 3. You do not have integrity just like obi. Obi said the day he leaves apga is the day he will die. He has not die. Though his conscience has died. 4. You are a war monger like obi. Obi caused many rifts between churches when he was governor of anambra. He even tried to pushed Bishop Oyedepo into a war situation before the elections. 5. You are selfish like obi. Mention just one person obi mentored or passed on knowledge and principles of governance to. At least he should expect that his legacies should be carried on by people he mentored or he can thinks can do it alone  6. You are a liar like obi. Obi lies and asks you to go and verify knowing fully well his fans (called Obedients) are not intelligent enough to verify. I wonder how he sleeps knowing fully well that he has lied. 7. You are a mediocre like obi. Only a mediocre presidential candidate will be commissioning boreholes up and down ( something that should be left to ward councilor or local government chairman or nysc members). (We are talking about a presidential candidate here!!!). He is just looking for opportunities to be in the news. 8. You are wicked like obi. Obi thrives when there is negative news to carry about the country. Whenever positive news is available, obi will closes his eyes. 9. You are not a team player like obi. Obi could not work even with his own commissioners when he was governor. He prefers instead to work alone. This is not an attribute of a leader. 10. You are a not leader like obi. Obi is not a president material. He is a gbajue and a fascist. There are more....but I am not sure of your intellectual capacity to take them in. |

Electorate:There are some things that fans of the man that gets his ideas from mad men cannot comprehend just like those people mentioned in the Bible that could not understand most of the teachings of Jesus. That is why HE will called his immediate disciples, when everyone else has left, to teach them in depth. Now, to answer you directly, (even though your bigoted soul will not comprehend or you naturally do not want to comprehend), the pain we are going through as a nation is a culmination of many years of terrible actions and inactions, terrible and insanely acts of corruption from evil and wicked leaders from 1960. Even the Great Britain and the United States would not have survived such horrible and deliberate pilfering of the country resources for so long a time. So it is disturbing and disheartening for anyone to expect that such a badly deteriorated and disfigured country can suddenly be transmuted into El Dorado overnight. There must be a period of pain (which nobody like, in fact, I do not like it too), but which is inevitable. It's like you having a wound for close to sixty years and then expect a miraculous touch for it to disappear!!!!!! Never, you must undergo a period of cleaning and cleansing and treatment which will be so painful that you would even want the treatment to stop. But an intelligent and brilliant nurse or doctor will continue with the treatment knowing fully well that the healing is around the corner. The flies and germs (like the headless mob) will not like this to happen, they will keep roaming about the wound trying endlessly to want to continue the decay of the wound. But the wound carrier (the country) and the doctor (the president and well meaning Nigeria like Professor Wole Soyinka) will continue with the treatment (which of course, is very very very very very PAINFUL). The Professor knows that Nigeria is in good hands. He knows that the wounds that Nigeria suffer is enormous, and so the Doctor needs to deal with the source of the problem (and this will surely cause a lot of pain ) and the Doctor (the president) will not relent. Even the great America that most of us cite as example once passed through a very great difficult times such as the great depression. Go and read the history of Singapore and even China. And even Isreal. They all went through very very very difficult moments. So the Prof knows the wound is receiving the best of treatment from a professional and not from a borehole commissioner or minister of condolences. I hope your medulla oblongata can comprehend this. |
