Boss I tried updating my phone manually after downloading the link you posted and following the process I got this genius43: I advise you download with a download manager like IDMP(You can Google it)
https://bigota.d.miui.com/V11.0.4.0.QGGMIXM/miui_BEGONIAGlobal_V11.0.4.0.QGGMIXM_94d91b5c62_10.0.zip After downloading follow the steps below
How to manually update..
Go to Settings > About phone > System update.
If tapping the 3-dot button shows the “Choose update package” option, click on that and choose the downloaded ROM from your internal storage or SD card. In case you don’t find the “Choose update package” option from the 3-dot menu, tap on the MIUI 11 logo inside the “System update” page several times. A prompt will then show that additional updater settings are now available. Now you can tap on Choose update package and select the MIUI 10 update file
That’s it. The system will start decrypting the file and install it automatically for you. Wait for it to finish the process, which may take 10-30 mins
Data should be on during the decryption process

Thanks boss I appreciate DragnetisaKuk: I think you may need to swap the SIM for a 4G SIM...except it's a 4G SIM already. |
Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Johnk110: 1:17pm On Jun 18, 2020 |
Thanks boss. I just swapped the SIM and 4g is showing for Airtel. I have changed my MTN to 4g before. I don't know why it's not showing 4g again. Am still running on Android version 9, is there any need to update to 10? because am seeing the update on my phone as this image genius43: How old is your MTN SIM?
For Airtel 4G is written on the SIM pack and the SIM card
|
Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Johnk110: 10:45am On Jun 18, 2020 |
My MTN should be over 3 years now. I guess I should try the Airtel sim then because 4g is written on it genius43: How old is your MTN SIM?

Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Johnk110: 10:31am On Jun 18, 2020 |
What do you suggest I do? Should I switch the SIM cards to check if the Airtel will bring 4g. Or how do you know a SIM is 4g genius43: That is the only thing you were meant to change |
Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Johnk110: 10:22am On Jun 18, 2020 |
The things there refuse editing. The only thing I could change is LTE/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA genius43: Then there is no 4G in your location. SwitCh back to this way
|
Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Johnk110: 10:13am On Jun 18, 2020 |
Boss the SIM is 4g. When I dial what u told me to dial. After changing to LTE only, the network bar disappeared and it didn't turn on again. genius43: It might be that the 4G network is not strong enough or your SIM is not a 4G SIM
Dail *#*#4636#*#* select the SIM tray where the MTN is (Phone information 1 or 2) change it to LTE Only and see if it forces the 4G |

Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Johnk110: 11:42pm On Jun 17, 2020 |
It's still showing H+ and my MTN is LTE Dottune: That's not 4G. Try this Goto your settings >>> SIM cards and mobile networks >>> Click on the MTN SIM >>> You'll see Preferred network type >>> Check if it's in Prefer 4G, if not, select Prefer 4G. |
Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Johnk110: 11:04pm On Jun 17, 2020 |
Yes boss. The MTN is H+ I guess that is 4g. I don't know if the network is slow because it's in SIM 2 Dottune: Is any of your SIM displaying 4G? |
